They spent 2 days moving my stuff, breaking and damaging things, bagging stuff in trashbags, and they charged me 11,159 dollars. Their response? Respond to my review blaming me and my family for not being move ready, and having to move in 3.5 hours. They then spent two days damaging stuff, harrassing me and my family, and saying bad things about us to the people that moved into our house. They also talked about us in the letter, detailing everything about our personal lives, embellishing where they thought it necessary, blatently lying in other places. It is right here in their response. They are blaming us for the problem, lying about moving in 3.5 hours instead of 2 days, and they left whatever they decided on leaving to be thrown away. Do you want a moving company that will put personal details about their customers on the internet? Choose college hunks.

My only complaint is that some heavy items were stacked on top of lighter weight items, especially when unpacked. I know it was a lot of stuff and the crew was tired, but I had some damaged items that were simply due to being stacked wherever they could find room in order to get the job done. I would use this company again however due to their promptness, hard work and overall value.

We slept on air mattresses for too long since all our stuff was in the trailer. I called often and no one could give me an estimate for when it would arrive. This created an issue with scheduling help unloading. Short notice made me scramble to get help! I was frustrated with the whole experience.
