Hard working. Packed up an entire house as well as a 40x40 shop in 2 days. Loaded everything on 2 trucks and delivered the next day. My only complaint is that some heavy items were stacked on top of lighter weight items, especially when unpacked. I know it was a lot of stuff and the crew was tired, but I had some damaged items that were simply due to being stacked wherever they could find room in order to get the job done. I would use this company again however due to their promptness, hard work and overall value. read more

They do NOT know how to do business at all!! My disabled best friend booked them to move him on tuesday feb 28th when he called last week and then today they called and told him they were booked tomorrow and they would come today and then ten minutes before they were supposed to come They called and said they cant come until march 4th and thats too late he only has til feb 28th to move or he would lose his apartment! They never should have even booked him if they were so busy and he was counting on them and now he has big trouble trying to find moving help last minute i hope no one ever uses this company!! read more

MOVER BEWARE- The Owner came to my home and provided me a flat charged during estimate phase then changed the amount and terms on the day of the move. The family crew arrived at my home one hour late with a haul truck to start an 8-12 hour job at 11am. There was major attitude from the beginning about him not wanting to do the move because it was big. They told me that they had their own company truck. FALSE! They told me they have 5 people to move (just family members) FALSE They told me they would send me a contract stating an estimate and agreed amount FALSE Then, refused to move my furniture out of my house all together because he had to do the job that movers do, wrap couches and such. the furniture had to be wrapped even though that was part of the estimate and discussion. So, he and his family loaded some items at my storage facility and brought them to my new home and when he arrived there he charged more money stating I never told him that it was stairs at the new property. Wow! Bait and switch nightmare! so I had to give 300 more dollars to get him take items onside to floor level rooms and couch up stairs. I have never encountered such rudness and mishandling of business. Do yourself a favor and get someone else. I am now out $1000 and I had to hire another company to finish the job correctly. BEWARE OF THIS MOVER. READ BELOW...... Talked with the owner, Salvador Ranos, approximately 10 days to set up a move from Rogersville TN to Anderson IN, approximately 385 miles. He phone quoted me $1500, 3 men and a 14' truck for a 17 July 2019 move for a 1 bedroom Senior apartment. Seemed fair and equitable. We drove down from IN, packed for 2 days and awaited their arrival in Rogersville at 10 AM. NO SHOW! I called and he had numerous, hole riddled excuses why he could not do the move. BOTTOM LINE! My belongings are sitting in my apartment, with no mover lined up and I have to be in IN for an important meeting this Friday, the 19th. I AM BEYOND UPSET! read more

We hired Ramos Moving Company to move our 90 year old mother into our home. This was no small endeavor! Not only was it a two hour drive but lots of memories and emotions to deal with from Mom. We cannot imagine this being done for our family anyone other than the Ramos family. Salvador and his son Francisco treated her things with respect and caution, making sure everything was wrapped and stacked with great care. They were on time and wasted no time! We took them to lunch on the way and enjoyed getting to know them. They were very professional but also personable, polite and friendly. I called Salvador 3 days before our move he answered his phone on the second ring. Unlike the other moving companies that I called that wanted me to answer 100 questions before getting a quote, he gave me a competitive quote immediately. Unfortunately, we got a flat tire on the uhaul on the way out and had to postpone the unloading 3 hours. I called Salvador and he said it was not a problem at all and we could change the time from 12pm to 2:45pm. He called me at 2:44 and was out front, him and his crew got straight to work. What took my friends and I 4 hours to load into the uhaul, he had unloaded and moved into the designated rooms in about an hour. I have used movers in the past and every time at least 1 - 2 items got damaged or dinged pretty bad, nothing that Salvador and his crew moved got a scratch on it and they had to go up a pretty steep hill and steep stairs. I can not stress enough how clutch Salvador was in the moving process and would recommend him to anyone who wants help moving! read more

Ramos Moving Company literally saved the day! We had hired another moving company to help us pack and move us on Saturday and into Sunday if needed. They stood us up and left us with a house needing to be packed and moved by Monday morning. We called Ramos Moving. After he finished a big job on Saturday, Mr. Ramos still accepted the big job and came ready with 5 people to help us pack and move on Sunday after church. Their fabulous team worked so hard, cared for us and our belongings, and had us moved in to our new house by Sunday evening. They are very fast. They are respectful, kind and very hard working. He helped us get our washing machine in place and even hooked it up as well as took down and reassembled my daughter's loft bed! They went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. To top it off they also offer a cleaning service and we hired them to clean the house we moved out of the next morning, so it was ready for the new owners. I cannot recommend them enough!
