The Magic selection they have is not insane, but what they do have does the job. There is another card shop which I will not name who is located basically across the street, but the operation they run there is shady. For instance, one of my favorite sets is $28 for a single booster at one place, and $4.50 at Untapped Market. I don't think you'd be surprised which shop id choose to support. The handful of times I have visited, a young lady was working and she was very friendly and it was nice to have some small talk after a long workday. I plan to continue to help support this new business and I hope if you are reading this, you do too. I should note that their website is nice and straight forward if you want to see their stock before stopping in!

Aside from the occasional ammo pickup but, besides during this whole fiasco, Mazama usually has all the ammo I could ever need. They've always been super helpful and really knowledgeable. And they always had what I'm looking for. Looking forward to fishing time and seeing what else they've got to offer. From what I've seen, they look like they could have just about anything I could ever need in regards to fishing as well so we'll see! Also, just found out that I can come in and work on my AR there and they would help me out as well. So looking forward to doing that too! They keep telling me good to go, your all good ! Then silencer shop confirms they have yet to finish their 5 min part of the order. Un helpfully. I've personally asked multiple employees "is this all I need" are we finished and everything is good to go? I get a idk man, I think so, etc. So the saga continues daily till I get them to finish their part. Im told by at and the silencer shop that this is a easy 5 min procedure. We not only got the part, but Adam helped us install it. He also noticed that a couple of parts on the RC car were installed incorrectly by us. He took the time re-install the parts correctly. Adam went above and beyond by providing us with great customer service! So instead of my son having to wait to use his RC car when we got home, my son can now use his car while we are visiting Eugene! The prices are great and the service is outstanding!!

This shop has been in Eugene for almost 100 years and has been in the hands of a single family (though I think in 2024 the ownership will change). I wonder how many other businesses have remained in Eugene for that long--especially that have remained in a single family for so long (maybe Dot Dotson's?). On my recent visit home I dragged my mom here with the kiddo. The shelves were a bit bare, which was a little sad and I think probably a result of online shopping. But they had some games, modern board games, lots of train stuff, remote control toys, and so on. I bought a cute little stuffed bat for the little one because it was the one she showed interest in out of those I showed her, and it made her laugh when I moved it around and its wings flapped. Haha. I know that Eugene Elites did a volunteer event here which is so awesome. It's great that the shop partnered with them on it. Support local businesses!

My husband and I have been playing lots of board games with both friends and family lately. So I had to go check it out. If you're a board game player, need dice for D&D or card sleeves for Star Wars CCG, this place is amazing. They have brand new games, consignment used games, and basically everything you could ever want. The employee working when I went in was super helpful, talked to me a bunch, answered questions, and clearly enjoyed his job. This store is slightly cheaper than buying board games from Barnes and Noble, which is awesome. Usually local stores are more expensive, but that isn't the case here. This makes it even easier to support a small local business and nothing makes me happier than that. Would I return? Repeatedly! I will definitely be back and become a repeat customer. Another great bonus is Xicha and Toxic are just minutes from here. So it's the perfect excuse to grab dinner and a new game for game night in the same trip.

They have several tables set up in the back for folks to play games from the store's collection, or you can bring your own and play. They do have a good store collection if you're looking for something to try, or you can buy something off the shelf and give it a whirl! I was here once with someone who was looking for some novelty version of a Catan or something and the guy seemed a little snooty about it... or maybe it was Tixket to Ride? Anyway it might not be a game he plays but he works in a game shop so it would make sense to know about upcoming releases, and not say that it's not something he's interested in so he doesn't know. Board gamers can be snobby, but TTR is good and though it's not my #1 fave (that's Grand Austria Hotel), it's fun. They do have a really good selection of games here; I picked up my copy of Splendor here, as well as the Lanterns: The Emperor's Gifts expansion, and they have many of the standards like Brass, Catan, Carcassone, Dixit, and so on. I think but don't know if they buy used games, so give them a call if you have them. This store is actually the small one from my understanding. Their flagship is in Medford, which I haven't been to, but I think that's also where their distribution arm is as well. I have Kickstarted a LOT of games and it's always cool to see it's coming from Funagain; feels like supporting a hometown/near hometown business. Parking can be difficult here depending upon the time of day, events happening at the store, and events happening in the neighborhood. Luckily the LTD station isn't too far away so that is a solid transportation alternative.

Bowtech stood behind their product even though it was years down the road and they sent out a replacement for free when I contacted them and explained the issue. I'm now back out shooting a 2024 Amplify which is an entry-level bow but it's very adjustable and it's an extremely solid shooter. They definitely bent over backwards and during the replacement process is very straightforward and clear communication which is something really appreciated. What happened here sir

It was defective new, and defective 2 more times after they had…read moreme pay to get it fixed under warranty, and they want me to pay again to give them another crack at it. The Bow n Arrow shop in San Diego upsold me strings saying Bowtech put the wrong size strings on their bows. I said put the damn strings on and don't ever sell me anything again. The bow was still defective after the fancy strings were clearly not the remedy.. as this is the worst stare the bow is in of the whole 1 year aggravation. It's a lemon, they all refused to take responsibility or refund it as I demanded throughout the terrible experience, they blamed and insulted me for it, hid behind faceless screen names and verbal floundering.. and now the piece of junk is a dusty reminder of archery business. A few ruin it for the bunch. I'll never risk more than $400 for a bow now. I happily still shoot my $205 G1 Bear Cruzer. I shoot a 95% Vegas accuracy.. and climbing. This bow has been trusted and reliable for 5 years now. Not one wear n tear issue, and it's about 100,000 shots in. Same limbs and cams, and it is going to the big 2025 Vegas Championship open. 7oz bow weight.. no stabilizer.. top pin.. no mag.. blurry eyesight.. all fun. My own trusted bow work.
