I was a concierge at a nearby hotel and I would hear from our guests daily about how they were treated poorly. Now they have a new policy that they don't return shoes after 6 months. But on the Nike app it shows all purchases from years back. Why have the app that shows you purchases if the store won't take back brand new items. No where does it say this in stores or online. I have hundreds of pairs of new shoes that they refuse to trade in for new releases. I am done with Nike. Their clothes have lost all quality, and they are selling cheaply made designs on the showroom floor. I suggest going with an American alternative

I love supporting smaller athletic and athleisure wear companies but Nike is Nike and will always be Nike. I think it's still a solid choice for Men but there are so many far better small brand options for Women in my opinion. My brother is also sponsored by Nike and Callaway so buying these brands at retail price just seems silly to me. I have zero reason to do it other than wanting something right then and there - and I did! I wanted a little gift to bring home to my son, since he's a runner and I was in Eugene. I found a great shirt for him. Customer service was great, store associates were friendly at each encounter.

The first floor is apparel and gifts, stuffed animals, that sort of thing. You'll find stuff for your game day experience down here, like your duck lips and stuff. The second floor is generally where the textbooks and school supplies are housed, so between terms it's pretty sparse up there. Kids stuff, clearance items, and women's apparel is upstairs as well. Parking is on the street only but it's really weird--I have never seen anything so strange for parking, I don't think. They've changed 13th here to diagonal parking, but it's diagonal that requires you to back into the spot. Why didn't they make them diagonal the other direction (or even better, straight spots so they could get another space or two)? It's paid parking so either download the app or look for the parking box.

I contacted the Duck store for warranty information in which the manufacturer had none. So through a serious of emails, Ryan and Alex were able to send me a new one. Unfortunately it arrived after the Ducks playoff Game, but I got it all the same. The product is iffy, but the customer serve was superb. I would shop at this place again and again when I visit every year.

That doesn't mean that many items are wallet-friendly, but if you want to run with the big dogs, then you gotta get off the porch. The Ducks are known for green & UO Yellow (it's a thing; the color even has its own hex & Pantone codes), but that doesn't limit the Duck Store merch. Black, white, green(s), and more are splashed about the top two levels whether clothing, regalia, keepsakes, and lots, lots more. Weather gear (even a $500 'raincoat'), hoodies aplenty, hats, and athletic garb in sizes for men, women, & kiddies is seemingly everywhere. And it ain't just the big sports that are repped, no, you can support men's & women's athletics for any program at UO (shoutout women's lacrosse!). The top level is more specific for women's items, children's items, and the infrequent clearance items. The Duck Store can get cramped, so if you need to escape, upstairs is your play. The downstairs is for actual school supplies, artsy items, and more, reminding us that this IS an actual university and not just a power brand in sporting apparel. Prices are, well, pricey, because good merch costs good money. There are some non-branded items that are more budget-friendly, but the featured stuff has trademark mouths to feed, so pony up your hard-earned nickel. You are not likely to find a lot of help on the floor, or parking, but the stop is worth the time. So: wear green, be loud, and... SCO Ducks!

Whether it's the lack of knowledge or care in customer service. I've stopped going to big chains now and have fully given these guys my business. Aside from the occasional ammo pickup but, besides during this whole fiasco, Mazama usually has all the ammo I could ever need. They've always been super helpful and really knowledgeable. And they always had what I'm looking for. Looking forward to fishing time and seeing what else they've got to offer. From what I've seen, they look like they could have just about anything I could ever need in regards to fishing as well so we'll see! Also, just found out that I can come in and work on my AR there and they would help me out as well. So looking forward to doing that too! Thank you for all you guys do and thank you for staying open to supply us during this time. The sales staff is... mediocre. They mostly stand around talking bullshit to one another and occasionally helping customers. Sometimes they know what they're talking about. Sometimes they don't. I've literally heard one of them suggesting that murder of politicians is a solution for political issues but I'm sure they were just kidding; also, please sign their petitions if murder isn't your thing. I count on needing to do my own research and go into the store knowing what I'm looking for, because they're not always as well-informed as they appear. The salesman selling you a silencer doesn't know that a Form 3 is. $100 transfer fee for NFA items not purchased from SilencerShop/Mazama website is expensive but hey, that's just the price we pay for getting cool shit.
