Jay immediately gave me a price for the full roof replacement, and asked another client whose work was less urgent if they would swap dates with me. They agreed. That was just the first of many instances of Romano going above and beyond. They showed up on time, worked full days, gave me a running photographic account of the work, and left the site tidy.
