Ordering and getting installation went very well. I took away 1 star they otherwise would have received because when the fence was installed, and the balance was due to be paid, I contacted them to confirm what the balance was, and I didn't get a quick response (actually, no response - they said they'd get back to me and didn't). Turned out that the installer actually had it on his phone, which I didn't realize, and he hadn't mentioned. So I had to take the time to go back to my email exchange with them and checking the contract to determine what I owed. Very nice fence, installed on schedule. read more

Chris H. came out to take a look at a fence panel that had come off the post. The post had a small crack in it due to weather, etc. and the screws were loose or had snapped as gravity dragged the panel down. Chris was initially coming to provide an estimate but was able to quickly and easily pull out old screws and re-fasten with longer screws into the existing post. We're now as good as new. This company is amazing! I am so happy with my backyard privacy fence. It's beautiful! They were on time, professional, communicative, and did a really good job installing it. I felt horrible because my backyard is a challenge. It's rocky and full of tree roots, there are surprise concrete slabs and surprise boulders all over the place. I wouldn't be shocked if Hoffa was dug up back there! Lol It was not a problem for them. They were prepared and had the tools needed to do the job in the way it should be done. They told me if there was ever a problem with the fence to call and they would be right out to fix the issue. Super happy with my backyard now! Everlasting Fence was great! They came to center city yesterday. Tim and his partner were early and upbeat. Parking can be tough but they got close and not a single complaint. They manually had to carry materials up the block as well as carry out old fence. I left to go to work once they got settled and came home to a beautiful fence with the area around it totally neat and tidy. Really pleased with the work! Highly recommend !! read more

We called Everlasting Fence to replace an existing wood fence and gate that was well worn. We were using bungee cords to hold the old wood gate up from scraping the ground. We replaced the gate with an aluminum gate. This was a very pleasant experience overall. Everyone who we dealt with were friendly and professional. This includes the office staff, the estimator and the guys who installed the new fence. The old fence was dismantled and taken away and the new fencing installed within one day. The crew did a great job cleaning the work site up after finishing. I would definitely use this company again. And I would highly recommend them to others. read more

Terrible customer service; Called to schedule estimate on having my fence repaired, and was put through the 3rd. degree, who was the manufacturer, could I go look at caps on to of fence to see if I could find a name etc. Ironically Im located within a mile and a half of there office but they wouldn't waste there time to come and look at fence. When I came home and saw the fence, I noticed that a couple of sections were a little higher off the ground than we had wanted (we have a dog that might burrow underneath chasing an animal). I wish all contractors were this good. Loved the online tool that let me outline the property, pick out a fence, get a rough estimate and then look at other fences and get those prices too. The office called me back quickly, the estimator that came out answered all questions, the work was scheduled and completed within the window I wanted ... and it looks great! The product is a better quality than the big home improvement box stores, and cheaper when you include the labor you'd pay a handyman to do it. I am looking into having them put up another partial fence in my front yard. Highly recommended. read more

everlasting fence company review We had Everlasting Fence install two types of fencing (dog ear and shadow box) as well as two arbors for vines several years ago. One of the arbors also served to meet the townships requirement for a fence to prevent falls from a retaining wall. Having heard awful things about so many fence companies, we were prepared for a less than a pleasant experience. From start to finish these guys were the easiest, most professional crew we have ever had to our home. We had two different crews and both sets were just wonderful. They worked fast, but were considerate of the landscape, they didn't listen to hate talk radio and cleaned up after themselves. The end product of both the fences and the trellises exceeded all our expectations. The salesman for the trellis design listened to what we wanted and helped guide us in coming up with the perfect trellises for our situation. We only had a few glitches which we are willing to ignore in light of how great it was to work with them and the finished product. The first was the bright red sign that appeared on our beautiful shadow box fence advertising everlasting fence company. They took it down at our request. The second is two salesmen visited on different occasions after the work was complete to take pictures unannounced, even after we explained we needed to know ahead of time. It doesn't seem like a big deal, but at the time my mom was living with us and in hospice care with late stage Alzheimer's, our dogs whose sworn duty is to bark as loud and long as they can at strangers in the yard would agitate my mom. And last, they did use galvanized bolts to hold the arbors together. Minor detail and maybe there isn't a less shiny alternative and yes as soon as the trellis is covered with vines it won't matter. read more
