I called that Saturday to see if I could get in and have it detailed. He was already booked until they opened again on Tuesday. I explain my situation and he called me back that afternoon stating he would work on my car all day Sunday and Monday to get the horrific smell out of it. I am so impressed with the job he did and the hard work that was put in to removing the smell. The car looks amazing and it the smell is gone. Eddie's customer service is the best I've ever received! When I asked for the claim denial I was told there was no official paperwork. Well I guess the official paperwork will arrive via sheriff with a small claims suit
