When we got there the car we were to test drive was not even at the location, a salesman, not the one we'd been communication with, went and got the car from a different lot. The front door power locks would not work and when we went for a test drive the air conditioner was not working. The car was so dirty inside. What a waste of our time and gas. Apparently you can't leave if your car is damaged by their wash or they will not pay for the…read moredamage. They will try to get you not to even file the claim that they then won't even send to their insurance company they just wait a few days and call you to say that the insurance company said they won't pay it. When I asked for the claim denial I was told there was no official paperwork. Well I guess the official paperwork will arrive via sheriff with a small claims suit

Didn't call back for 2 days so i decided to give them a call and the GM told me "i should've read the sighn" that said something about cars being over 13 years old are not reliable to them or whatever. I have never seen a sighn nor does it say it anywhere else besides the sighn. Honestly I have had a membership there and when I got the member ship and told them the car year they definitely should have let me know that. Just not good service all around.
