Two weeks before the wedding we still had no phone call that they were finished or to come in for a final fitting. Most of the gowns including my mother of the bride dress only needed to be shortened. My daughter's wedding dress needed hemmed and brought in on the sides about a half inch or so just to make it a bit more form fitted. A week before the wedding I was told they would be working on them that week and they would be finished on Friday or Saturday before her Thursday wedding. Never received a phone call. I had to reach out myself and then when told they were finished it was said with arrogance. The gowns were longer than we wanted and the wedding gown was never brought in on the sides. Very poor communicaction skills and a narcissist demeanor. I would never go there again or recommend them for anything.

Rosmery did a great job and cleaned everything better than I expected. If you need the service in a tight time window, I would suggest you to confirm the service with them a day before the appointment to make sure that they can arrive on time or directly contact the person who will do the cleaning. It seems that they respond to messages very quickly in the afternoons and nights but definitely not the mornings.
