The staff are all great to work with-Tara completely understands schedules and is very flexible. We had horrible weather during our install, but they managed to work through the challenges (both weather and our difficult job site). We still use them to open and close our pool. If we ever have a maintenance issue, they are out within a day or two, and often are able to walk us through the steps to fix it without a service call.
