Now not only do we have to pay to have the work done, we are out significantly more for having the work corrected before it can be redone. So extremely disappointed by not only the unprofessional way he treated us but the way he spoke to me - calling me "not even an American" and saying I needed "psychiatric" help for wanting our money back. Horrible business!!!! We signed a contract with JC Wilson (owner) in November 2016. The work did…read morenot get started until June 2017. They tore out the patio and pool deck and replaced with additions to the patio, replaced the pool coping, and skimmer. When JC came out for a quote, he did not look at the pool nor did he measure the concrete we wanted done. The coping was an additional $1400 and the concrete was an additional $2500. His brother was the contractor for the concrete. He did not contact my husband with the additional charge until AFTER it was laid. The concrete started sinking by the skimmer not even 3 months later and cracks were forming less than a week it was laid. They didn't vacuum the pool floor when they pulled back the liner, therefore, there were rocks left under the liner. They didn't straighten the liner out when refilling the pool. The rocks have punctured a hole in my 2 year old liner. We spent June - October reaching out to JC to get this fixed and finally had to go to BBB to get a response. JC came out to fix the crack but took chunks out of the concrete. Did not come back to fix the concrete chunks. We paid another company to fix the 3 sinking slabs. We will be going through another company for the liner. I DO NOT trust this company and they will NOT be coming back. I will file another complaint on BBB. DO NOT HIRE!!! JC will act like he is on your side but really he does NOT care about you or the job!!!

I had them replace my vinyl liner in the pool 2 years ago. There were wrinkles in the liner after…read moreinstallation. The liner slipped out during the winter when the cover was on. Prestige reattached the liner after telling me to empty the pool so they could fill back up. As it filled I called and that there were more wrinkles in the liner than before. I was told that they will straighten out after it fill with the pressure of the water. DID NOT HAPPEN. Again I called they said empty the pool again and they would straighten it out. I have more wrinkles in the liner than ever before. After filling the pool at my cost 3 times and then Prestige tried to charge for all the visit. I ended paying for most of it. They also tried to charge for added to the pool which they did not and I had video proof. I lost most of last summer swim time because of "Prestige" lousy workmanship. I never had a problem with the original liner which was installed by another company that has since closed. I would not be able to recommend this company for any kind of vinyl liner pool replacement. No one with any authority came to visualize my complaints.

His expert knowledge on the process was easy to understand throughout the project. The construction team was outstanding to work with. The front office folks are always professional, courteous, and could answer my questions in real-time or connect me to the right person to answer any/all questions. Blue Haven's Service Department has been great to work with over the past year Sara, Todd, and the entire service team. The owner Mark has reached out to me several times throughout the project asking is there any concerns/questions. Blue Haven has built our dream pool and it has been is several publications and a few more this Fall. Recommend Highly!!!!

They lied to us about when it would be finished. They dug last June and pool is still not finished…read more They say they have no control over when subcontractors will do the work for them. The worker who takes questions from customers and relays them to the construction manager is very nice but it's nearly impossible to talk to him. I did, once, after many, many calls and he said he actually didn't care if I was happy with their work or not. I was never able to speak to the salesman after the sale even though he always answered promptly before the sale. He snuck something into our contract that we never discussed. We had actually planned for the opposite and picked out the material while we were in his office across from the display. We were told it would be the same material as the display. They left trash everywhere. Everything that needed to be done after the pool was pebbled was only done because I bugged them about it. We chose to get a seat built into the wall of the deeper end and have a table there. The height of the seat makes the table at neck height. They put water in the pool last year but we weren't able to use it yet. Then they waited until after all of the leaves had fallen to close it, and they covered it with it full of leaves. They said they couldn't cover it earlier because they had to order the cover. They could have ordered the cover when they dug the hole. Our back sprinkler system had to be off during construction and we lost 2 trees that had been planted 2 years before. We have a dog and needed a temporary fence to keep her out of the construction area and away from the gaping hole in our fence that was made for their access. What they put up was essentially worthless and our dog got out multiple times and we had to hunt through the area around our house which is wooded without houses nearby. Terrible management!!!! Just use Baker Pool and be done with it.
