I needed fence repair done that was going to be reasonably priced, so this company was the 3rd company I called for an estimate. Initially the dispatch lady that took my call had someone call me the next day and he came out the day after, his name is Andres. When Andres came out, he assessed the work that needed to be done, gave me a quote on the spot and was going to write up an official contract for the work that needed to be done and have it emailed to me. Honestly that took a good minute to get, but once I got the quote, I printed it, signed it and scanned it back to him so his crew can get started. The contract was very detailed and aligned with the work that we spoke about when he came out to the house. The work I needed done was to fix a leaning drive gate and leaning fence, plus my gate motor had also shifted. Andres had his crew come out on a Thursday and finished on Friday. Now mind you, none of the crew spoke any English, but that was fine because Andres had relayed the exact instructions to his crew and they knocked it out. They went above and beyond, that they did a better job than the original fence company. They took down the old fence, installed new posts, fixed the leaning gate and motor and put up a new fence and BAM!! as good as new. I highly recommend this fence company if you are in the Grand Prairie area. read more

I was supposed to have a quote emailed to me Monday, 4/8, from a site visit on Saturday. It's Wednesday, 4/10, at 11am and still no quote. This is after speaking with the rep on Tuesday afternoon who did the site visit to let him know I still haven't received the quote. read more

We requested for them to dig down and add pressure treated wood below the soils level to combat drainage from neighbors yard. This was clearly stated in the quote. They did not do this so they had to dig up the yard and add in the wood after the fact. It's fine but not what we requested. The footers they placed are higher than the original which was the opposite of what we requested. The stained the fence terribly effectively ruining it. It looks like a Jackson Polluck Painting. They have terrible communication skills and most do not speak English. In the two months we awaited a solution they sent out a man who came onto our property without warning or permission multiple times. This is dangerous for their worker. In the end we opted for a discount rather than a solution because every time they came out they made something worse. From there I'll let the photos speak for them selves. Btw this is about $5500 worth of ugly fence. This also delayed our backyard renovation by three months. They should have been done in about two weeks. read more

this company put up a fence for my neighbor. They took down half my fence to bring the bobcat in to dig a trench. they never asked permission to come on my property but promised they would clean up any damage. they trashed my yard. covered with rocks, dirt and concrete. they bent the metal edging on my flower bed. my grass was covered with dirt that was compacted by the bobcat. rocks were left that would break a lawnmower. I called the office. they sent the young man in charge. he shoveled up some of the dirt and bigger rocks and told me that's the best he could do. he left it for me to clean up. I'm 78 years old. I'm still working on it. this company obviously does not respect your property. I'm using my metal rake to break up the dirt covering my grass. it was too much for the young man. read more

Then up charge you thousands of dollars, plus the crew is rude. Will leave trash in your yard. Replaced fence. Good quality work but workers left old wood debris in front yard and my decorative lattice boards were not properly put back in its place. Shopped around and got quotes/wood-types/etc from several fence companies. The guy they sent out to take measurements and give a bid was spot on, knew wood-types, had a great price on pre-soaked cedarwood panels for my side fence which had finally broken down. They did such a great job and beautiful wood that I had them quote on the rear fence which was old and buckling. They once again hauled away all the old fence, custom extended my metal support poles and same beautiful pre-soaked cedar panels put up. Side fence took one day, Back fence 3 days. My next door neighborhood had a fence installed and in doing so, the company cut a line in my sprinkler system when installing the posts. This was not discovered right away but since it's been so hot and dry, the damage has become apparent. I had a sprinkler guy out last week to try to find the issue and that's when the damage was discovered. My neighbor has attempted to notify the company a few times to no avail and I've also tried with the same results. Definitely not a company most folks would want to deal with!!!! read more

After my fence was installed I decided I didn't want to go with one of the stains they offered because they basically only have dark brown, or an even darker brown. I paid extra for western red cedar which is gorgeous and I wanted to a stain that would show that. They told me I could buy a stain of my choosing from the store and they would apply it for me. I chose a Behr Premium transparent cedar naturaltone. Well, I wish I would have applied it myself. To say the quality of the work was amateur at best would would be a massive overstatement. It looks like a Jackson Pollock painting. The stain is wildly uneven and they took what was a beautiful fence and turned into an unmitigated dumpster fire. I would have had better results if I had tied the sprayer to my dog and had him run along the fence for 10 minutes. I assure you the fence looks worse in real life than in the pictures and I invite anyone who is considering employing this company to come see the "quality" of their work for themselves. Every time they came out they left garbage in my yard. They left the concrete footers from the old fence. They didn't remove or smooth the dirt they dug out. They left trash ranging from water bottles to the stain containers in the yard. I found the plastic rip tabs from the bucket lids I'm my front yard a few days later when I ran them over with my lawnmower. My neighbors yard is about 1 foot higher than mine so there's a slope leading into my property. I wanted to level the yard on the side of house to put a paver patio around the pool deck. This was expressed to them. To prevent erosion from my neighbors yard from depositing on my patio I told them to dig a trench along the property line and I needed two addition 2x6 pressure treated kickboards to be attached to the posts to act as a barrier wall. So they needed to dig the post holes deep to allow the boards to be installed. Well they completely ignored that. They dug a trench that was no more the 2 inches deep. Completely nullifying the the point of installing kickboards in the first place. They did eventually come back out to fix it retroactively. Which I guess they did sufficiently but you can tell it was an afterthought. And doesn't look quite right. Overall I'm deeply dissatisfied with the quality of the work for the price that I was quoted and I have to look at an eyesore for years to come read more

This was an excellent company to work with. I had a 180 foot wooden fence that I need to have removed and replaced with an 8' stained board-on-board fence with a metal framed drive gate. I contracted all of this with Ernesto and am very pleased with the results. - the crew was supposed to start at 8:00am...showed up at 7:30am and were finished with the removal of the existing fence by 9:00am (Excellent) - the crew worked continuously through the day (except for 1 hr lunch break) until the whole job was completed at 6:00pm (Excellent) - the attitude of this crew was cheerful, efficient and very friendly...they worked very well together from start to finish (Outstanding) - the fence was started and completed on time and all debris removed (10 hours) as promised by Ernesto (Excellent) - a week later I told Ernesto that I had found 3 boards that I wanted to be repositioned/replaced, he immediately agreed to do this at my schedule. One man came out and replaced the boards to my satisfaction (Outstanding) In summary, A&O Solutions gave me the best price of 5 companies. Alan was our point of contact when he came out he  said they would put up the best fence ever and that they could put up the fence just like our old fence was. When they came to put up the fence after they had it up it was not like our fence before. Alan said it couldn't  be done after he said he could. He said there was no way to make it right. So our fence is crooked, 6 inches off the ground, the gate does not close properly,  the wood is soft and already splitting after only a week. I have sent pictures and have been trying to contact them with no response.  They damaged our property with no response except saying it happens. The fence is awful even neighbors have commented on it and asked who did it so they don't use them. The fact they won't respond and come repair the gate and the splitting wood and it is kicking out at the bottom already is very bad. Their customer service and their wood, and their skills are very bad. We have reported them to the BBB. Do not use them. read more
