When I returned to the store today, I explained what happened and even showed the employees pictures of the chunks that came out of the shake. Their response was simply, "You should have brought it back. There's nothing we can do." I asked again if there was truly nothing they could do, considering I had photographic evidence of the issue, and they repeated that I should have brought the product back. What bothered me most wasn't even the fact that they couldn't provide a refund or replacement, it was how dismissive they were about the entire situation. After I commented on the poor customer service, they proceeded to ignore me for the remainder of the time I was in the store. The interaction became so uncomfortable that I ultimately just left. I understand that stores have return policies, but there is a way to communicate those policies while still treating a customer with basic courtesy and concern, especially when they're reporting a potentially spoiled product. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Completely disappointing.

The tiger balm is strong so a little goes along way, definitely recommend after a workout and when cramping. I love that the prima protein bars have beef tallow in it. The salted caramel and mocha flavors are delicious. Sunshine Herbs has a good selection of vitamins, supplements, refrigerated goods, snacks etc. I look forward to my next visit.
