I had been ordering mine online through my provider because it's cheaper, but it's great to know if I don't remember to re-order in time I can run up to The Vitamin Shoppe. Unfortunately today's buy on my protein would've been $5 cheaper if I had ordered online through TVS website, it didn't ring up the same price as their website. Just watch the price when it rings up and check on their website while im the store to make sure you're not missing any deals. Customer service was good. Terrible and extremely disappointing customer service. I purchased a protein shake from this location yesterday, and when I opened it, there were large chunks in the drink that nearly made me throw up. Naturally, I threw it away. When I returned to the store today, I explained what happened and even showed the employees pictures of the chunks that came out of the shake. Their response was simply, "You should have brought it back. There's nothing we can do." I asked again if there was truly nothing they could do, considering I had photographic evidence of the issue, and they repeated that I should have brought the product back. What bothered me most wasn't even the fact that they couldn't provide a refund or replacement, it was how dismissive they were about the entire situation. After I commented on the poor customer service, they proceeded to ignore me for the remainder of the time I was in the store. The interaction became so uncomfortable that I ultimately just left. I understand that stores have return policies, but there is a way to communicate those policies while still treating a customer with basic courtesy and concern, especially when they're reporting a potentially spoiled product. First time I take the time to do this but is totally worth it....I had a great experience at this location, I went in planning to buy a product/supplement (to help me lose my extra weight) but thanks to the amazing customer service, I left with 3 items. The girl who helped me (Erica or Ericka) was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable--she answered all my questions and concerns without making me feel rushed She even made funny jokes, which made my shopping experience more enjoyable! Most important and weird nowadays I felt like she truly cared about my concerns and wanted to help me find the best products for my needs, It's rare to find that level of customer service, and it made a huge difference. I don't recommend using your lunch hour to go shopping as that's an easy way to totally lose track of time. But going into The Vitamin Shoppe that's exactly what I did. I was greeted right away. When the clerk asked what I was shopping for I said vitamins B12 and D3 and tea tree oil and she didn't point around the store, instead she walked me to exactly where my items were that I came for. That's excellent customer service. And I really appreciate the way The Vitamin Shoppe is always very bright and clean and every display is always neat and organized. I have been coming to this location for years and decided Seree needed a review on here for her outstanding care and compassion she has every time I come in. Seree always greets me with a smile and shows she honestly cares for me. She listens attentively and always asks lot of questions to find the right product for my needs. She has also recommended me CLA which has helped with my weightloss. Seree also recommended products that improved my heart health and cholestrol. I can say Seree has passion for what she does. She is very professional and if she doesn't have a answer to my question she gets on her ipad and looks it up. I like that they have that. All her recommendations have helped me greatly. They seem understaffed though she has to balance several customers in the store but gets right back to me, so be patient. If you have had bad experiences in the past look at finding excellent customer service look no further and ask for Seree. I saw on here some one gave her a bad review. I couldn't believe it, don't listen to the ugliness of others. I've been coming here for years and have experienced amazing customer service. I have also seen her treated bad by customers too, I do not now why people have to treat people in customer service so bad, she responds with a smile and never let's anything take that smile away. This location has a lot of options despite its size. There are TONS of options/flavors for the popular protein powders and protein bars. The staff was extremely helpful and they walked me to any item I was interested in. Everything is well displayed and the store is SPOTLESS. The Vitamin Shoppe #827 is a good store, they have great products but the problem Is the current staff they have in the evenings. The guy seems to always be in a bad mood and he does not talk to customers. Every time we go he does not ask the customers if they need help finding a product, he doesn't recommend any products at all. I was followed around the little shopp like I was stealing! I asked the lady who was following me why she was following me? she said we like to take care of our customer and I said but your only following me. I'm a well groomed 50 yeah old man who can afford to buy anything in bulk in this store. I'm an engineer who bought a home in the area for work, I have an account with the vitamin shopp, and I guess me wearing normal cloths and walking into the shop was alarming to her. I am regular here I come into the shopp and spend at least $100 or more each trip. I never have been treated like this in that store ever until today by some purple haired old southern manager lady who wants to see thee south rise again. I can't believe it in 2020 the vitamin shop does not want black business in this area. I have been going to this location for almost a year with no issues until today!
