It was easy to use the search and had various filtering capabilities. I found this CVS as the nearest location, so I transferred the prescription with a touch of a button. Not long after, i received a notification that my script was being filled. That was fast! A little later I received notice that it was ready, but I didn't have availability to drive out at ththat time. Next day I went out, but it was during rush hour traffic. If you go at this time, make sure to bring your patience. Easy parking in a separate lot off to the side. I walked in and was addressed immediately- great customer service! all went quickly. The pharmacist promised to refund $110 rectifying what they did THEN he failed to do so. Additionally their creams clicked out over a month never have the same amount in them or the same consistency. This is the most expensive compounding pharmacy in northwest DFW with the lowest ratings from individual consumers. Go where you are treated honorably and the products are consistent.

Her interaction came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. While everyone can have stressful days, customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect. What concerned me most was hearing repeated comments about being unable to handle the stress of the position due to her age and workload. Leadership roles in customer service require professionalism, patience, communication, and the ability to remain composed while assisting customers. Based on this interaction, I believe additional customer service training and leadership development would be beneficial before continuing in a supervisory role. I truly hope management focuses on reinforcing professional communication, customer engagement, and consistent service standards. Employees who are overwhelmed or visibly distressed should be supported appropriately to ensure both staff well-being and a positive customer experience.

If you threaten to report them or call the store manager they become suddenly halfway helpful. Pharmacy can't separate discount cards, insurance or communicate/rectify their internal failures with both. Your insurance, prescriber or discount card will always be the reason why your prescription isn't filled when it should be. If you manage to get through to someone with actual skill, they still cannot fill your medication because CVS doesn't allow them to keep the supply on hand (due to the cost of one single dose) and you'll have to wait several days for it to arrive. Don't depend on this chain for lifesaving or life-altering medication. They'll treat you like a number, not a person.
