I was never compensated or even made aware of this has to see it for myself and even then didn't notice until i was home! Reached out to him about it and was blatantly ignored. Don't go here unless you like your vehicle straight disrespected. Im 19 years old and this is my second car and the first one i'm putting real blood sweat and tears into. This experience was awful and makes me never want to bring her to a shop again let alone this shop. Amazes me how many dealers cars are dirty, have missing or broken parts, or all of the above. Every car appears well cared for, is clean and ready to drive home. With Paul's help my son quickly narrowed it down to two cars. He drove both and chose a beautiful v50 wagon. Paul and Louie were both very knowledgeable about the cars they had on the lot. They were available to answer questions, but never once did we feel pressured. Before we left I test drove a mint XC70. Paul and Louie took care of all the paperwork and registration. The owner owes me $170 for a car rental bill for when they had to re-fix my car, after they messed up on it. It has been almost 2 weeks of him not returning my calls or not being at the shop to reimburse me that money that he said he would.
