Not only did I likely make it worse, I actually kissed a couple of critical things that could have eventually been real bad Not only were they able to fix the original problem that I had, identified and fixed some other stuff, greased the track, took a courtesy look at my second door, greased that mechanism as well, buttoned everything up with some rigorous testing, cleaned up and take me a very fair and reasonable tab. Springs on my garage door broke on Friday. I called to verify that they did sevice Zion. I did not need to open the garage immediately, so scheduled for Tue. They came out and within 2 hours had the entire rod and spring assembly changed out. The door is much quieter now. read more
