I have an almost 14 year old g37 that needed ceramic tint removed since it had gone bad after all these years. I was a little nervous about the tint removal. Only because I know that can be hard on the interior from past experiences. Even though an older car, you still want it to be nice. But the technician did an amazing job. I didn't see wear and tear to the headliner and defroster lines weren't scraped off either which worried me the most. So if you only need tint removed. These are the guys to trust. I also got new tint put on. Which i love! I feel like my car feels new(ish) again to me after all these years. Also the guys are very responsive about getting you in for an appointment. They even tried to get me in sooner when they had openings pop up. So 100% recommend. Sorry car isn't washed, but tint looks great.

When I picked up my car he said to leave the can in the sun for 3 days to let all the bubble go…read moreaway (never heard that before, but I did it anyway). Three days later I still had a ton of bubbles in EVERY WINDOW tint. So, I told him it was messed up and he said bring it back and they would do it again. Second round of tint application yielded the same results...bubbles in all of the windows and a poor job overall. The owner said to bring it back again (1.3 hrs round trip form me btw). He said this time he would have his best tint guy do the work. Third round of tint application and sure, it got a little better. Instead of several bubbles in every window tint, just a few bubbles in the side windows and a ton of bubbles in the back. So, still a crap job overall. At this point, the owner said he could try again or just take the tint off...but he said there was NO OPTION for a refund. So, I was out $350, and still never got what I paid for. The experience was horrible and even there 'best' tint guy was unable to do a basic tint job correctly. I took it to another place that laughed at the situation and said they will do it right for me or I do not pay. I would not recommend 519 Customz for tint...or anything, since they put money first and customer satisfaction last...and do not know tint.

He was very communicative and responsive to any questions I had as well as upfront about their pricing. I was able to get an appointment quick, he was punctual and went over all my options with me so I'd be satisfied and comfortable with the work he was handling.
