My husband calls and they say they we don't have a reservation. My husband says we have a reservation number. Dispatcher says he'll call us back in 2 minutes. 5 minutes later, my husband calls again. They found the reservation and the car is 10-12 minutes away. 25 minutes later the driver calls saying he's 5 minutes away. 10 minutes later (6:50am... That's 50 minutes of standing in the driveway), a guy pulls up in his personal car saying dispatch just called him. Luckily we budgeted ourselves a little extra time before the flight but it was still much closer than I would've liked. When catching a flight (you even enter your flight info on their website), paying over $100 for a ride to be an hour late is not acceptable. We could've had an Uber there by 6:20 and paid less but unfortunately we trusted this company.
