I had a wonderful experience with this Limo Service. Affordable, nice newer and spotless cars. Friendly service and very prompt. I left at 5 am for JFK and he was there at 4:55am. He got out of the car loaded all my luggage and drove safely to the airport. Upon my return at 11pm. Same thing. He called my cell coordinated where he was came to us instead of us walking forever and loaded my luggage. I arranged for a van pick up for my family to my brothers wedding at the Miller Beach Surf Club. I had initially called to arrange the transaction and spoke with Charlie. We had an initial snafu which Charlie quickly remedied and everything went as smooth as silk. I was sent an email of the total cost and exactly what would go down the day of the event. Our driver Malcolm showed up promptly at my house introduced himself and we had small talk as we proceeded on to pick up the rest of the family in succession. Malcolm had 4 pick up points and did so without any problems following the directions to the next house. We showed up at the Surf club on time and had a fun ride in. Malcolm and I exchanged phone numbers just in case, but it didn't matter because he was outside waiting for us when we were ready. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this limo service! Elite was quick to respond and allowed me to book a sprinter last minute for a birthday trip to breweries/wineries! Our driver was friendly and helpful. He put up with 14 of us who had been drinking for hours and made sure to get us where we needed to be and make our trip extremely fun. The sprinter was clean and beautiful. The driver came prepared with ice and waters and helped us set up Bluetooth to control the music. He stopped along the way between places for us to pick up more drinks and used a bathroom. I spoke to Charlie the other day to get pricing and then called him back. He kept his original quote. The pick up was for my father was from LaGuardia Airport, to a doctor appt and wait for 30/40 min and then drive him to his final destination. Charlie was fabulous, he shifted drivers to selected a driver that he felt would be best with my elderly father who is in his 80s. Additionally I received the cell phone number of the driver Alan prior so that I was able to give him information. The driver was fabulous. He texted me to let me know when the flight arrived, that he was in the car. arrived at the doctor's office, asked if my father needed assistance into the the building and then last minute I needed to change the drop off location and spoke to the driver about it and texted him the address. It was exceptionally frustrating to me that I was unable to pick up my father myself but instead I was offered a great comfort due to the drivers very clear communication with me at all times. The experience with this company was a pleasure. I spoke with Charlie and he made it super easy. No down payment which is nice because I've been screwed over in the past with another company. The driver, Alan, was fantastic! We hired them for a wine tasting tour, and everything went smoothly. On the way back we were running a little late (our fault not the driver's) getting back and he made sure we got back on time and weren't charged more. He was very accommodating.
