We been having issues with our pool turning green. As much as we would add pool chemicals and clean it, it would eventually turn green after a couple days. It was extremely frustrating. We recently had our filter and pump cleaned by another company only for our pool to turn green again. As I called the company for a recommendation, they were quoting and suggesting things that would not fix the pool and instead cost us more money despite them not doing anything to really fix the problem. I'd like to thank Art for coming down to our house to access our pool with no charge especially in the hot Sun. When Art came by he was honest, reliable, and highly knowledgeable. The whole process from explaining why it was needed after 60yrs, the steps, the cost and timeline proved to be honest and accurate. Codes had changed so we needed a modified drain suction for safety. Even though my pump works great, the skimmer on my pool had very weak suction. I assumed the problem would be complicated like a blocked line. This is why yelp is important! Art came by while he was in the middle of another job to look at my filter pump. It was not creating pressure it was cleary clogged somewhere. I did some steps to fix it but no luck. Art came by and in 5 mins of looking at it he realized what it may be and sure enough he was right, He didnt even charge me for his visit.
