Where a little later on time, but with this type of business, I mean they could have gotten help up at their previous job, no worries, and then they were very efficient on their time, came in, did what they needed, got us some new toilets and new spouts, cleaned our shower, and were out in no time, like maybe 2 hours, it was way faster than I anticipated, and no mess was made, everything works just fine and my little was soo curious in what they were doing and what was going on and talking and looking at their directions papers and they were just soo good with him. Not many people go out of their way to listen to a 4 year old LOL, so that was just so special. Thanks again!

What impressed me most was the communication. I received updates every step of the way, including a phone call once the work had been completed. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and their reputation. While mistakes can happen, it's how a company responds that truly matters. PR Plumbing responded quickly, professionally, and with excellent customer service. I really appreciate the effort the General Manager made to ensure everything was handled properly. I had a very disappointing experience with PR Plumbing. We scheduled a backflow test for Friday, July 3. The plumber came out but was unable to complete the test. Unfortunately, no one contacted me to let me know the work had not been completed. As a result, I spent an entire week believing the backflow test had been performed and submitted to the city. After hearing nothing, I contacted BSI myself and confirmed that no backflow test had ever been submitted. I then reached out to PR Plumbing to express my frustration. They apologized and assured me they would have someone out today at 8:00 AM to complete the test. When no one arrived, I called again at 11:30 AM to check on the status. That's when I was told the appointment had actually been rescheduled to Monday, July 20, between 7:00 and 7:30 AM--a completely different day and time that I never agreed to and was never notified about. The lack of communication throughout this entire process has been unacceptable. Had I not followed up myself, I would have continued assuming everything had been taken care of, potentially causing compliance issues. Reliability and communication are critical, especially for required services like backflow testing, and unfortunately PR Plumbing failed on both.

CPR was very responsive even though I managed to call after closing on a Friday afternoon. They called, made a time for a carpet cleaning proposal and gave me the name of the estimator. Thankfully I called him on the day because he had his client's numbers and addresses transposed, but he did come out the same day and it was fine. We set the day and and I explained that I don't live at the property that I need the carpet cleaned. He gave me a very reasonable quote and told me the next steps. I got a call the day before the cleaning asking if I could be there earlier because they had a cancellation. I said no as my family life prevents many last minute schedule changes, or getting there early. So, no worries, set for the original time and confirmed. As I was in the car on the way to the property the next day, I got another call from the carpet cleaners sort of pressing me into starting earlier. I said I could be there in 1/2 hour and they showed right up. Thankfully we did start a bit early because it ended up being the hottest day of the year so far and we were all sweating to death. They need to leave the door open for their cleaning equipment. CPR was quick, efficient and clean. My carpets looked great I simply wish they honored the original time without the pressure to change it.

Tech16 was selected by my home warranty so fix my ice maker. Luis showed up promptly, was nice,…read moreclean, and even temporarily fixed the ice maker until the part he ordered came in. That's where the good stops. Upon getting the part, that he ordered, he showed up at the house to install. He had no conversation with my wife regarding the repair prior to completing it. The very visible part he installed was WHITE, while the refrigerator is BLACK. Luis not only admitted he ordered the wrong part (color), he acknowledged he recognized it prior to the install. Again, no conversation was had prior to install. He then explained the HW may not change the part because technically the repair was made. A few days later he sent a text saying if WE were to order the correct part, he would graciously waive his install fee. He even said that was his way to make it right. He again stressed Henry his o ligation by making the repair, regardless of the incorrect color. He also claimed I was "making this personal" when I asked if he would be happy with such a repair at his home. Luis knew well enough the HW wouldn't correct the issue. Instead of eating the part, because of his error, he chose to attempt to pass that cost to the customer. Absolutely terrible to work with. There is zero chance I would ever recommend this firm, or Luis, on any job.

The last…read moreseveral days they stated the part was ordered and on the way, but EGO advised they had not ordered anything and were not being truthful. An associate promised to follow up and call me the next morning; no call. I called, and reminded him of his promise and his response was "well, it's still morning somewhere". Very poor customer focus.
