We had a house fire and then found out we had asbestos that needed to be removed. We were told that after everything was cleaned up that they would contact us, so someone could be there when doing the inventory, and that way if there was any money or jewelry found they could hand it over. I did ask for some things to be removed when they were found just in case. We were also told that any items we wanted could be removed, but if it was something that was electrical or maybe something we really should not take, we would just sign a release so the company would not be responsible. Any hard items that we wanted to save would be cleaned and placed into a "clean room", until our house was completed. The few items they did remove were just dumped in the back yard. Not covered or anything. So we waited and waited for a call, then one day I receive an email with the inventory list. We were never called and nothing was saved, NOTHING! They threw away jewelry, limited edition mugs and glasses, knives, swords, plates, crystal, everything no matter what it was. I even had $250 in the bedroom that no one knows anything about. On the inventory list they even had things listed wrong, like my Calif King bed as a queen size bed and the box springs were listed as 2 twin size mattress. I had a number of things that I wanted to save that belonged to my mother who died in 1986. Now I have nothing. Everything I had been told by this company was all lies. They are even lying to the insurance company about everything, trying to say that stuff was compromised or broken. But in the pictures and were taken you can totally see that stuff was not broken or compromised. It's bad enough that you lose so much after a fire, but to put faith into a company and have then lie and steal from you makes it so much worse. I hope the insurance company, Liberty Mutual, never uses them again.

Ever since I was little, we've always had problems with the post office (and apparently, so does…read morehalf the town). The post office not being open during their posted business hours, closing an hour or two early, locking the door during business hours so no one can come in while they're laughing and joking loud instead of doing their jobs, I've only just sorted out the issue with my mail not making it to my address. I try to avoid the office as much as possible because of their BS. I end up driving to different cities when I need post office services, because it's the only one in town. Today, I received a notification that my package arrived at the post office in the morning, but would be delivered tomorrow. Since I'm not going to be home tomorrow, I decided to go pick it up. Here's how that conversation went: PW (Postal worker): *chatting with her friend as I walk in, their conversation ends so I approach the counter* ME: Hi, I wanted to see if a package for (my name) arrived. PW: *stares blankly at me* I don't know Me: ...ok PW: well, how do you know it's here, did you track it? Me: ...yes, I got a notification that said it got here at 10 am PW: amazon? Me: yes PW: it'll be delivered tomorrow Me: ...can't I pick it up right now since I'm here? PW: no because I'm too busy Awkward stare for a few seconds* PW: but it'll be delivered tomorrow After some back and forth, I finally get my package. As she's handing it to me another customer walks in. PW: are you another customer? Guy who just walked in: yeah, but I'm here for to packages PW: ok And off she walks to get his package with no hassle. The post office in mendota is irritating. I've already had to threaten calling the postal inspectors just so I can get my mail, and if any postal worker reads this and decides to start screwing with my mail again, I won't warn about the postal inspectors again. I'll simply make a report to them and have the entire office investigated. This is a small town full of hard working people. Stop being dicks, do your jobs, and give people their fucking mail!

When confronting the owner, Ed Cotas, about being undersized, he placed the blame on us! Now that SunPower filed bankruptcy Snergy768 hasn't offered any assistance at all. It took them weeks and they had never installed these devices before, and ran into numerous problems that required assistance from one guy who appeared to know what he was doing. They do not appear to be working properly. For instance our Ford EV trips the entire system and the system has to be booted back up. The power sold back is so low we are looking at a higher PG&E true up's than when we had no Power Walls. Synergy pointed the finger at Tesla, who said everything appears to be OK, but it really is not working and my PG&E bills show that. Synergy has taken no responsibility to help us diagnose what is happening and maybe it is because they have their money now so why bother with me? Without going into all the back and forth and very little help from Synergy, I will say that they simply stopped returning my phone calls or emails and are offering no more customer service in any way. These systems were put in 6 months ago and yet we know people with NO battery backup systems that pay nothing in true up's, so I ask myself why I wasted $25,000...unless this company does not know anything about the Model 3's and they were installed incorrectly. My only recourse now is to bring in a competent 3rd party company at my expense to look at the system. So the best I can say about Synergy is "buyer beware" and you have been warned.
