I wanted her to feel her prettiest! They charged $115 for the the French tip nails with the 2 bows. This did not include anything extra like soaking the nails or any lotions, hot towel or massage! $67 basic pedicure & gel toes. The nails on her hands were done beautifully and the guy that did them was nice but one of the bows fell off 2 days later. The gel one the toes where done sloppy & messy. When I mention this the the women running the place she said that the nail "technician" did the best she could and when I requested they redo them she said only if I'm willing to pay again thw service! If I can do a cleaner job than a professional then they should not be doing nails. And I would have if I'd known they do not have good nail technicians. Most lower star reviews have a negative response from the owner and I do not expect any different from my review. Constructive criticism or ethics aren't in this woman's criteria. I got the hot stone pedicure and the stones were barely warm.
