The invoice was higher than the quote. When I asked why, they said they had to replace a rotten piece of roof decking. When I asked how there could be a rotten roof decking sheet under a new roof they had no answer for me. Either my new 50 year warranty roof is leaking or they put shingles over rotten decking to begin with. Best part... they keep telling me they'll come out and see what the problem is but they don't. Came back 40 minutes later and said the parts we had would not fit, left again to go to Lowes, came back and had a part to put the old faucet back on. Charged us for 3 hours when he was only here for maybe 50 minutes. Then to top it off, the faucet is so TIGHT, I would need a pair of pliers to turn it. My husband finally tried turning it on and NO Water comes out. It is broken. This is ridiculous. DO NOT RECOMMEND
