Ingredients were fresh and the combination with protein made both salads healthy and satisfying. good portion size and I like the pita that came with it. There was also an option to create your own bowls but that came with less variety of ingredients for the same price. Price: 3/5 To be honest - I would consider the bowls to be on the more expensive side as one can likely make the same salads for a much lower cost at home. I suppose the variety and convenience partially makes up for it Service: 3/5 Overall friendly, however the wait was longer than I expected given the number of staff working relative to customers. There is, however, the option to pre-order online which may cut down the wait time. We have had people say it's a pretty good burger. So, here we are going to try out the burgers. It's a drive thru order no inside sitting. You can park and walk up to a window and order and sit outside on a few benches and tables set up front. The drive thru work like this, You order on one side of the Shack and pick up on the other side. This is not a fast food chain, each order is made fresh with care from the time you order to the time you pick up. From the person who took our order to the person that gave us our order was friendly and fabulous!! Ordered two cheeseburger combos. Which was 2 big cheeseburgers, 2 huge fries and 2 drinks for $25.60. We have never had a burger and fries that were so hot and delicious!! We will definitely be returning to try out their other food items and milkshakes!!

There was only one car ahead of me, but I still waited about 10 minutes. After the car in front of me received their order and left, I pulled up to the window and saw my food already prepared and set aside. Instead of completing my order, the staff member began taking another drive-through order while I was waiting at the window. When I tried to get her attention, I was met with confusion and no clear communication. After waiting further without being served or even acknowledged properly, I chose to leave. This seemed less like a rush issue and more like a breakdown in basic process and customer service. A simple "please hold" to the next customer while finishing the order at the window would have resolved the situation. Unfortunately, this experience reflects poorly on staff training and service standards. They've also lost me as a customer--there are plenty of burger options out there, and nothing about this experience gave me a reason to come back.
