We have had people say it's a pretty good burger. So, here we are going to try out the burgers. It's a drive thru order no inside sitting. You can park and walk up to a window and order and sit outside on a few benches and tables set up front. The drive thru work like this, You order on one side of the Shack and pick up on the other side. This is not a fast food chain, each order is made fresh with care from the time you order to the time you pick up. From the person who took our order to the person that gave us our order was friendly and fabulous!! Ordered two cheeseburger combos. Which was 2 big cheeseburgers, 2 huge fries and 2 drinks for $25.60. We have never had a burger and fries that were so hot and delicious!! There was only one car ahead of me, but I still waited about 10 minutes. After the car in front of me received their order and left, I pulled up to the window and saw my food already prepared and set aside. Instead of completing my order, the staff member began taking another drive-through order while I was waiting at the window. When I tried to get her attention, I was met with confusion and no clear communication. After waiting further without being served or even acknowledged properly, I chose to leave. This seemed less like a rush issue and more like a breakdown in basic process and customer service. A simple "please hold" to the next customer while finishing the order at the window would have resolved the situation. Unfortunately, this experience reflects poorly on staff training and service standards. They've also lost me as a customer--there are plenty of burger options out there, and nothing about this experience gave me a reason to come back.

I had a double smash, my better half went with a single smash. The special sauce has a kick to it. THE BURGERS ARE AMAZING! The dirty fries are a huge helping of a poutine like mixture of fries, a light gravy/cheese sauce, ground beef, green onions, and tomatoes. Also delicious! They only have 1 table and 4 chairs, but great fresh food. Needs to be on your dining list.
