I could not be happier with the quality of work, responsiveness, and value I received from A&W Auto Repair. I was a first-time customer, called them up, and was able to drop off my vehicle that day to be worked on. They kept me in the loop the entire way, and the bill was easy to understand and very fairly priced. I was so happy that I dropped off another vehicle and had work done on that at the same time. They are the best! We have taken our cars there many times and always have great service.

My wife had her head gasket replaced by this company and they failed to put numerous components back the way they were. The lead battery cable wasn't properly clipped back into the body, which caused it to rub on the pullies. This eventually lead to a short, and battery problems. The coolant overflow hose wasn't properly clipped in place causing a slow coolant leak. And a couple of heat shields are missing bolts. I wouldn't recommend this shop for anyone. read more
