I really like their text message and phone notifications along with a vehicle report that you can click onto the internet via the text message. They don't push you into buying a service or an extra service... they advise you on how to save money and if a certain item can wait until next time to be worked in with an oil change, etc. The price is reasonable. The waiting area is clean. If they're booked, they often give you the option to drop your car off and they'll squeeze it in throughout the day. I have been able to use a loaner car one time. Well when I got the car back I noticed they had chipped the fresh paint on my strut tower near the upper strut mount nuts. They were careless while loosing or tightening the upper strut nut and their socket slipped off and chipped the paint. If that's not bad enough when I was up racing at BIR I had to adjust my coilovers and found that they had way over torqued the lower strut mount bolt, stripping it out. I thought these guys were professionals, it's an embarrassment. Tires plus could have done a better job. If you value your car I wouldn't take it here. Very disappointed with their workmanship.
