To be honest, I have been a customer here before. The first time I went, it was pretty good honestly. Then the second time I went with my boyfriend for a couples massage. It started out great, I remembered that I had the lady ask me last time I was there if I wanted deep massage or medium pressure. I told her I wanted deep pressure last time and It was pretty good. So this time when the man asked me I told him the same thing, deep pressure. Well that was a stupid idea, because it literally felt like he was beating me up. I asked multiple times for him to decrease the pressure, but he kept using intense pressure. My whole back felt like it was on fire. When we were getting ready to leave, I told my boyfriend my experience was terrible. And he said the lady that gave him a massage did well. When we came out I insisted we tip 25$ which is reasonable since our service was 120$. And we did. I left in pain, and incredibly stressed. Would not recommend asking for deep pressure read more

Not enjoyable at all. A very unprofessional environment and the therapist left the room on multiple occasions and just let the door open. The sheet they covered me with was extremely thin, though I'm not sure why they even bothered because he had me completely uncovered the entire time. For over half the massage he climbed on top of the table with his crotch straddling my head and his full body weight just laying on me. I would not recommend. read more

I don't like to leave negative reviews unless I'm extremely unhappy. Although, I wasn't extremely happy here, they get 3 for effort and for being seemingly nice people. I was greeted and a suggestion was given to me as to what service was most popular. They're prices were a little higher than I'm used to paying at other foot spas but not too bad. I chose the highly recommended "combo" which includes a 30 min full body acupressure and a 30 min foot massage. Part one partakes in a private room..nothing special, other than dim lighting and of course, the massage bed. I was asked to remove my clothing and cover up with a light sheet, so I did. Typical procedure almost anywhere. When my therapist started the massage, she started over the sheet..it was odd but I figured, that's just how they start. Well, my massage kept getting more intense and the sheet caused horrible friction against my skin. I had to ask her to stop and I adjusted the sheet out of the way. I felt like some freak! Lol so now it's skin to skin contact and much better. The massage went on for the remainder of the time on just the back. No hands, no shoulders...just the back. Then just a few minutes before she ended, she placed the sheet over the skin and massaged again. I have to mention that the thing they use to cushion your face has a (kitchen) paper towel over it. Bad!!!! Friction on your face makes it horribly difficult to enjoy the session. I felt mildly tortured at this point. Also, the receptionist was making a customer service call at the front desk and she had it on speaker phone. "FOR ENGLISH, PRESS 1." So, I guess that's my way of saying they have paper thin walls. I was very much so looking forward to part 2. Part 2. Feet. At this point you are moved to the lobby. The water had obviously been sitting there while I was in the private room, it was lukewarm, at best. I was then covered with bath towels in the most awkward manner..the receptionist mumbles something to the therapist who then removes rough towels and grabs a blanket to replace them. Ummm...at this point I would've been ok if the session ended there, but it went on...all the way to the end...and not very memorable. What I'm getting at here is, I wasn't impressed at all. Relaxation is not their priority. Paying for the whole thing felt like adding insult to injury. Pill hard to swallow. The end. read more

Horrible service!! They don't even deserve 1 star!! I was literally forgotten in a room for over 30 minutes! I went in for a combo acupressure and foot massage and walked out more frustrated and stressed than when I walked in. I would definitely NOT recommend going here--unless you want to take a nap and NOT get a massage...in which case, you can save on gas and time and curl up in your own bed! read more
