This place is awful. Do not go here. We waited in a dark room with our feet in water for over an hour. No one ever came to room. We left.

The massage was decent, but the rudeness while checking out was atrocious. They charge more if you pay with a card. I handed the lady cash as a tip for both my, and my mom's service and she said, "that's it for both??" Quite rudely. I said yes. She was very clearly unimpressed with my tip amount, but her response was very unprofessional. I will not be returning. read more

I'm going back sooner than later! Don't let the name mislead you. They offer massages not just feet/reflexology. Firm pressure that worked out my knots. I feel better today (a day after the 1 hour massage) than I have in a while. This isn't a fancy spa but I'll trade a true full hour of a great massage than all the fluff before and after. I took my mom and cousin here, we all 3 received massages, both guys gave excellent massages, However, the massage received to my cousin, was from a woman and she was not impressed, so she didn't leave a tip, when we went to check out, the lady said "where's my tip?" seriously lady!! you didn't earn a tip!!! she was very unprofessional. I asked for the name of the man, that gave me my massage, he was well worth another. He said "Tony". so a week later, I called to book appointment, a lady answered, she had no reception skills, acted like, she didn't understand a word of English. I had a very hard time, trying to schedule an appointment. The appointment went well with Tony, best massage, I've ever had, I wanted to get a gift certificate for a friend, that same lady, my cousin had an issue with, checked me out. I asked for a gift certificate and again, she couldn't understand a word of what I was asking. The business lost an extra $100. that day, due to her lack of skill. I decided to give them a 3rd chance, being that Tony was an excellent masseuse. I called to book the appointment. That same unskilled lady answered the phone, OMG really, here we go again, she was unable to understand, and hung up on me, I called back, I was very clear about asking for a massage by Tony, when I arrived, I was greeted by Tony himself, I said "I'm your 2 o'clock appointment, he said 5 min, then that same unskilled lady escorted me back into the room, I said again, I have an appointment with Tony, she said "OK" she threw a towel over my face and began her terrible massage, I gave her about 20 minutes before I stopped her and said " get me Tony!!!!!". she went to talk to him and came back and started to work on me again, I had to stop her again and ask for Tony.. he finally finished my massage, after all the back and forth of them answering phone calls, and chatting with one another, I lost 10 minutes off my massage, and another 20, minutes off from her part in it. Then when it came to check out, Tony looked in disappointment that I only gave a $5 tip, I explained to him about my terrible ordeal starting with the booking with her to her terrible massage. The only reason I gave 2 stars was for Tony's excellent hands, other than that, the business is not ran in a professional manner, if they had a skilled receptionist, this business would get my 5 stars and could be making a alot more money, In my opinion, they need to fire that woman!! she is so BAD for that business!!!!!! read more

I saw Peter tonight and my massage was terrible. I felt like he was definitely new & had no clue what he was doing. Nothing felt good or relaxing. I paid full price and am requesting another massage by someone who knows what they are doing. My friend recommended me to go to this newly opened massage shop. I did a 90-minute combination massage. To my surprise, the masseuse was very professional and very considerate. It is worth mentioning that the environment here is extremely clean and comfortable, and the price is very reasonable. I will especially recommend it to my friends. read more

Terrible experience here tonight. The lady talked us into the full body massage. Apparently full body doesn't include the feet, at all. Odd for a foot spa. Also, I finally had to ask him to stop rubbing my back because my skin and muscles were getting sore with the rough repetitive rubbing. It was an equally bAd experience for my husband. We just threw away $120 and I feel worse when I left than I did when i arrived. Never going back. read more
