Aron is the owner, and he also works right in the shop. You can tell he really knows what he's doing. Got in late, so had to spend night, no big deal. Got the estimate, sl coronary and he REFUSED to only fix the broken side. Had to do both. OK, never heard of that in My 56+ years of legal driving (and I averaged 40-50,000 miles a year for 20 of that). Charged me $200 more than the locals, or so they said. Did ALOT of walking around and checking out the town. No discounts, AAA, senior or military. This out of state, SENIOR, female left screwed. PS it did not take the full labor/shop fee I was charged. So is it "the book" charge for out of towners and actual time for locals? Nope, won't recommend. ESPECIALLY IF YOU DON'T LIVE THERE!!! read more

Had my front end aligned there today. I will never go back. They said they had to align it twice so charged me double. I thought I had it right this time by asking for a quote first. This is my third time there. Never again. The first time they quoted between two and three hundred dollars for work and charged me over 600. The second time they said it would be less than the first time and it was over 1200.00 dollars. Aaron is a lying shyster that always has an excuse why its more. Go to a reputable mechanic like James at Colville auto or Mark Weaver at weaver's garage. Yes you will probably have to wait a few weeks to get in but there's a reason they are so booked up, These people are not reputable, I f no one went here for 6 months they would either have to close their doors or reform their business practices, Join me in not patronizing this establishment and support the good shops that perform good honest work at a fair price, read more

I dropped my car off asking them to see if they could find HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST to check 2 things. I was never given a quote because the guy had no idea how long it would take. I was told he would call me in an hour to an hour and a half. Three hours later I call and am told the bill was already over $ 220.00+. When I got there to find what was going on one, they couldn't figure out other than it would have taken a bunch more time to figure out because a part was way under the dash... (my thoughts, if I hadn't called would they have continued instead of calling me to find out if I wanted them to continue?). My gosh, prior to this I had worked with this business and paid a lot of my limited income fixing different cars and NEVER, EVER did I get charged these fees because we always got a call, I came in and we decided a course of action. NOT THIS TIME! They promoted they they were a Christian business and that's the big reason I took my vehicles there because I figured they were going to treat me right and until today they had. This new guy at the front said "I didn't know how much you wanted to find out". Lameo excuse to over charge a customer and I'm thinking get their car impounded when they couldn't pay the bill then sell it off for a profit. On the paper which I refused to sign because the fine print says if you agreed to the work... which I never did for one because I was never given a quote it talks about things totally unconnected to my 2 requests. Find out where the exhaust leak was and if the cruise control could be fixed and HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST. I'm NEVER going back because like many bad excuse of a Christian, apparently the money is more important than the customer and their own faith. Now that I am out $172 (the guy said he was able to "knock off 50 bucks") I have to scrimp and save to make that up for any potential future work on my car WITH ANOTHER BUSINESS because Im out this money. This business is absolutely crooked. They turned a simple brake fix that should have run $700 at most into $1700. My father was a pro mechanic for 40 years, we take our car to a friend who is also pro. Both agree that we were ripped off. Our usual mechanic had just done a basic brake maintenance (pads) less than 6 months ago, said a caliper was going out. He was too busy, and Colville Auto (our usual trusted alternative) was a month out, so we tried these guys. Worst decision I've made in a while. In one day talked to 3 other people with similar experiences and no one with good ones. Go elsewhere! read more

I attempted to resolve ongoing issues with tires (purchased brand new at A's) and breaks but felt in the end I wasn't valued as a returning customer. read more

What do you do when GPS goes horribly wrong and takes you up the most terrifying mountain road with 2 teenage girls and leaves your truck and camper stranded in bear country? Imagine that you have no phone signal, no way to get in touch with friends or family and there is no way to back down or turn around. You are also being swarmed by mosquitoes and the sun is setting so the dark and cold are starting to take over. You pray. You pray to God for help and then He sends you Dale and Aron Anderson. Not only did Aron have the decency to stop his car when we flagged him down for help, he realized there was no cell service to dial 911 and gathered his troops to go back and assist the girls who were alone on the side of the road. Aron, Dale and their friend took time out of their camping vacation and drove up this narrow mountain road to assess our situation. They realized the only thing to do was to continue up until there was a place to turn around. They also realized that I was terrified out of my mind and was in no shape to continue driving. Dale took my keys, Aron took my girls and over 2 hours later we were back on safe ground. They did not complain or make us feel bad or guilty about our unfortunate situation. They helped with the most gracious and giving attitude I have ever encountered and I had an opportunity to show my girls that there are still beautiful humans in this world. Even though I have not had the chance to work with them on a professional level, I have absolute trust in their sincerity and will happily give them all my future tire and automotive business. That is correct that I told them the vehicle had synthetic oil in it. I did not request top of the line oil! At that time, I should have been told the cost. Also, I should have been told the policy for the tire rotation. I was not told anything. I assumed the cost would be similar to other places. I was not informed at of any of the costs! I am on social security and that charge really hit my budget. read more
