One word: Sabrina. Let's be honest, towing is never a good thing. My husband and I were in our first ever accident that required a tow. The entire evening planned to be filled with friends and a rodeo and fun was brought to an end after some unfortunate hydroplaning on I-15 and Sabrina was just an angel in the middle of a terrible situation. She was so prompt and patient. She arrived easily within 10min. She was helpful and even offered us great advice about the next steps with our vehicle after she towed it -- yeah, she took the time to give us great advice about steps that didn't even concern her and her company. She spoke with us for about 20 minutes to insure we understood exactly how payment would work and what to do with our receipt for our insurance company.
