Very unprofessional. Did not knock on the door, didn't introduce themselves, just think they own the yard because you rent. For starters, instead of cutting the limb back to the tree, the cut it off at around 10 feet, for a dead limb. Two, they did not clean up the roof at all. Left crap everywhere and claimed "The contract doesn't allow us to clean up after ourselves." The top of the crop was them dropping the debris they did clean up right on the power box...... and half way into our neighbors driveway. they reschedule 20 times, show up for 30 minutes clear a bunch of limbs and them leave them right where you park and don;t put any of your stuff back that they moved. When trying to call back to see when they will remove the brush the phone goes straight to voicemail and no response. Terrible work, communication, and ethics. Scam of a company. We give Matt and his team OUR HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION. We had 2 very large pine trees that needed to be removed from our office parking lot. The challenge: Close adjacent buildings, high-voltage TECO power lines, a busy and fast-moving roadway and pedestrians continuously passing on the sidewalk. We got 4 estimates and Matt's was right in the middle. I called the City of Tampa Natural Resources Group and asked about him. He is highly respected as a professional and as man with integrity. That's all I needed to hear. We hired Matt and team. Watching these guys climb trees and cut them down piece by piece is not only amazing - it's nail biting! These guys have stones!! They work in complete harmony and each guy has his responsibility. After the pine trees were down, Matt proceeded to use his BobCat to clean up our parking lot and head off to the dump. When they left, the trees were gone and our parking lot was spotless! These guys are true pros AND they're polite and respectful. They show up on time and get the job done. Well, considering all of the good reviews, it make just be a fluke, but my experience with this company was less than impressive. I first contacted them through Yelp for an estimate, but I did not get a response. So about 5 days after my initial contact, I called. The gentleman who answered the phone stated he had received my email, but had not had a chance to get back with me. So I explained my needs, and was told they would come out that afternoon and contact me back with a quote. I provided my address, and waited. And never heard back from any one again. If they were too busy, I'd rather be told that than just not hearing back at all. Luckily, I have since found a company who is responsive and has taken care of our needs. read more
