He damaged my chimney severely and won't own up to it (even though we have pictures of before and after), damaged some pavers in my driveway, broke my fence and my flag pole and ruined my front yard. He's now stopped answering my calls and emails after putting him on notice of such damages. What could've resulted in a negotiation of fixing things, has now turned into us having to pursue legal action. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. Cause even when you have proof they messed up, they still won't take accountability. Yikes.

A second crew showed up one or two days later. They too were sent off the job because of bad workmanship. A third crew arrived and decimated an old oak that was a major, dramatic feature of our house. They were told by me and the first manager that came to look at the job that the was not to be touched. Our very expensive tree lighting was also disturbed and broken. They fixed one fixture but when dealing with the others they broke they refused to replace them or reimburse me for having them fixed. They charged a great deal of money and were completely paid.
