They were accommodating and came out to measure to make sure everything would fit. Day of install they where on time and very professional. We did not end up meeting tent as it did not rain until the day after the party but the tent really rounded up the decor and was part of the vibe for the evening. There's a Latina employee who has consistently treated me with rudeness during multiple visits. At first, I gave her the benefit of the doubt assuming it was just a bad day. But after it happening every single time I come in, it no longer feels like a coincidence. What's been especially hurtful is seeing her treat other (white) customers with warmth and friendliness, only to become cold and dismissive when it's my turn. As a fellow brown person, it's incredibly disheartening to feel like I'm being discriminated against for my skin tone by someone from my own community. I didn't want to believe it at first, but after so many visits with the same treatment, I feel compelled to say something. I hope the management becomes aware and addresses this, because customers should be treated with respect regardless of who they are.
