If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I don't recommend this place at all. My husband went in to get a tuxedo for our wedding thinking he was going to get a suit well fitted since they took the measurements. The tuxedo didn't fit him at all. Pants looked like clown pants and the tuxedo was so oversized. What was the point of doing measurements? The material was horrible looked cheap. My husband was very disappointed in how it fit. And now they talking about NO REFUNDS because they paid for the shipping. Which I understand that part but shipping is not $200 + they expect my husband to walk out with the tuxedo that doesn't even fit him simply because they can't do refunds. We should minimum get 80% of what we paid back. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! if you need a tuxedo save your time and don't come here. read more

Been going here for over 5 yrs. and had reasonable service until today. The tables are old and worn down. The chairs are cheap and flimsy. However being no other local options I continued to be a consistant customer. I return a previously cracked table, and the crack grew larger do to transport of other tables and chairs stacked on top of it. To my surprise when dropping the table and chairs off, I noticed this. The lady was rude and acted as if this was intentional. The table was old I told her. She said its one of our newer ones "Newer". So after the back and forth she told me that I have to pay $75 for the table, yes $75! She acknowledged I was a repeat customer but could care less. And now after over 5 yrs. and over a few thousand dollars put into this place. I will no longer spend one single dollar here. FYI a new or "newer" table will not crack upon transport. read more

My mom used this place for my baby shower about 3 years ago. So for my sister in laws party I thought why not my baby shower was beautiful. The ribbon I ordered with the babies name on it and date of baby shower was blotchy and some letters coming off since I had enough to make favors I did not complain. The day before the baby shower I go to pick up helium tank (that was paid in full and the older lady at front said all we had to do was show receipt to pick it up) the young lady informs me that I need to put a credit card down on file and leave a $40 deposit. After going back and forth with her for 15 minutes I finally gave in and just put the card on file and the $40. So the day of the baby shower I have over 80 balloons to fill and the lady said the tank should make 80-100 balloons I only got maybe 25 out of the tank. Dropping tank off this morning I let the older lady know what happen and she said that it was a new tank (the tank could not be new it was so beat up) and that she has never had complaints before and I was the first yea right!!! She said she can't do anything because we must have used it wrong. Never using this place again and it sucks because we don't have many party stores in this area. read more

I have rented from here on two separate occasions. Both times I received very polite and helpful service. First time I rented a few tables and the second time I rented a table and some chair covers. When I was unable to return the table on time I called and asked if they could send someone to pick it up. Since they were busy on that day she extended my return date free of charge. That's great customer service. I will rent here in the future. read more

If I could give this place a 0 I would. This place charged me $30 x chair due to 2 of the chairs I rented being broken when 1. The chairs were like that the moment I took them out of my truck I realized 2 chairs not being sturdy and put them to the side. And 2. The chairs that were rented to me were the cheapest on the market. She called me to tell me they were going to charge me $30 per chair because those were "expensive". I laughed... I looked the brand and chair up and they were $15 a pop. So she's basically charging me double per chair. I am not a heavy person, I weigh 135 and when I would sit on those chairs they did not feel strong. It's so ridiculous and unprofessional. They should rent out better quality of things to begin with. So if you're thinking of renting from this place... DON'T! I've rented from Bella's party and boutique many times and have never had this problem! Unfortunately; she was booked when I needed them. It just seems to me that FIESTA PLACE wanted to make a quick buck and to top it off she was rude. Do not put your money in this business! Take it elsewhere. read more

I cant say enough good things about Fiesta Place. I literally planned my daughters 15th Birthday party in the store. Lorena helped me along the way and answered all my questions. When it was time to order the dress Lorena and her staff were helpful with fittings and alterations. We had a lot of businesses to choose from to buy a dress for such an important day. Would not recommend. Ordered 4 bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dress and bride's dress. 2 weeks later flower girl's dress arrived but bridesmaid dresses were discontinued. Had to find time to go back to select a new dress, had the shop call to confirm sizes needed were in stock, plus $10 more for the new dress.. They came in 2 weeks later but no bridal dress. Then the bride's dress arrived too small, it was sent back but still waiting as promised delivery date has been missed. No clear communication from shop owner and wedding is in 2 weeks. We chose this shop to support local small business, thinking twice next time. read more

Honestly this place doesn't even deserve one star I rented tables for my daughters event they were loose and some were broken and very old and dirty we also rented a cotton candy machine which was very wobbly and loose for some reason my husband thought it was open on Sundays so we can return them back to then the owner was there and was very rude to us because he said they were close on Sundays that we're lucky that he's even going to let us leave these tables there he was in the store with the door open so we obviously thought it was open didn't know he was going to treat us like trash and Yell at us and kept repeating himself you're lucky I'm doing you a favor you're lucky I'm doing you a favor i've never had any party place treat me the way they did I also Drop off the cotton candy machine that I forgot to leave the cord in the spoon with them because I got so nervous the way they were treating me they took it upon themselves to pull out $250 from my account without my authorization I returned there cord and spoon and they refused to give me my money back I do not recommend anybody to shop at this place they are scammers and they are very rude people and they do not know how to treat the customers read more

We've used them for lots birthday parties. The last one today they insisted on charging an additional delivery free for tables and chairs. We were rented multiple items including a large canopy. I asked why did I have to pay a delivery fee if they were already coming to my house and the said it was policy. We will not use them again! read more

This has become my go to place for party rentals. Came here once before to buy baptism clothes for my godson. The prices were half of what other places sell for. I noticed they also rent Jumpers, tables, chairs and linen. Now that we are throwing a party I compared prices with other rental places and these guys were the cheapest. I rated them low because I had reserve tables and chairs for my daughter's birthday party for a Sunday and they said they would come at a certain time. Based on the reviews on yelp I entrust that they were professional enough to tell me they aren't able to do Sundays. Instead I paid them in full and no show and no call. Luckily i had someone with a truck who could help me with getting tables and chairs from a party store. With a large party it would have been terrible not having chairs and tables. I called them the next day and Lorena was very professional and have refunded me back plus an additional 20 dollars inconvience fee. read more

I have rented jumpers, tables and chairs from this place several times and everything was fine until a few days ago. I went in to rent the usual, payed in full and everything was fine until 2 days before my event. I get a call saying they didn't have the jumper available I had paid for. I'm struggling to find someone else who can provide a jumper 2 days before the event which luckily I found who provided everything and for cheaper. I just didn't like the fact that they call 2 days before when they knew about the jumper not being available 1 week before. read more

I was pretty livid with their customer service. I ordered a jump house, tables and chairs to be delivered at 1:30 since my party started at 2. 1:45 rolled around and I called asking where my deliveries were. The lady said, "they should be there.." 2 o'clock rolls around and all my guests began to arrive. I finally look outside and 2 guys are barely setting up the jump house. By 2:05 they unloaded the chairs in my garage and didn't bother to set anything up. By 2:15 they were finally done with everything. I assumed since they arrived 30 minutes late, that my rent time would be extended till 8 since I paid for a full 6 hours. NOPE! They guys then return BEFORE 7:30 and had the jump house completely deflated before I could even complain. I was beyond mad and confronted them about their tardiness. They just looked at me with blank stares. I could tell they just wanted to get home, which was not my problem and should not have been penalized for their tardiness. They did however allow us to keep some of the chairs since I still had tons of guests using them, if I could bring them back myself. Other than their HORRIBLE customer service, the jumper was fine, the kids loved it. read more

Called and ordered a helium tank. Picked it up. Filled up my balloons late the night before the party and when I came downstairs they were all on the floor. Called party city and they said they should still be floating for 12 hours. Was given no info on the helium tank they just gave it to me and I left. They never told me how long before the party to do it. Called them and they didn't really seem to care. They just said I should have done it 8 hours before the party. First and last time I use this store for any of my party needs. What a waste of time and money. 85 bucks to be exact. Now I have to spend more time and money getting new balloons. I think their customer service could be better. They are not very personable, you have to drag your answers out of them. Very unorganized. I rented chairs, tables and a jumper from them and I had to pick up the chairs the evening prior because their delivery time for the day of the party was 11:00....(there is a fee if you want them to bring them early) They also forgot to take the chairs back when they came to get the Jumper and I had to take them back myself again, the lady which I'm going to assume is the owner was really rude over the phone she said the workers where not "mind readers" to know they had to take their own chairs when everything was left outside folded next to the jumper. So we just took them back...I should of charged her a fee for taking back the stuff. I will not be going back. read more
