I rented some tables & chairs and table covers to host a birthday party at home. It was super quick & easy to reserve them about a week & a half before the event date. I can't recall the name of who I spoke with over the phone but they were patient and helpful to help me get the right size round tables. Delivery was quick & the guy, I think his name was Anthony, he was chill & answered some questions I had about arranging pick up. They don't set up the tables, but that's pretty normal. The tables were in pretty rough shape, but we rented the right size table covers. Chairs were in better condition but dusty & needed a good wile down, but I planned on doing that anyways. For pick up, I knew I wasn't going to be around. I staged everything in my garage and Anthony rang the doorbell so I could open my garage remotely. It was all picked up in less than 10 minutes & Anthony let me know (through my doorbell cam) that he was all done. I closed the garage behind them and it was super convenient. We rented Chiavari chairs, tables, and table cloths for our micro wedding in the backyard. We'd gone in to view the items ahead of time and got a 'menu' of all their rentals. We went back to order in person. The guy said he would take our order but wouldn't be able to give us the total because the person that does that would be back later. So he called us later and left a voicemail with the total which was completely off and double the price we had estimated, per the menu we had picked up. If we didn't have the menu, we probably would've paid it over the phone then and there. We then called back to ask they send a written itemized quote. That was also incorrect with an item we had never asked for, so we had to call again and ask to send a revised one. Make sure you get your quote in writing. After that, we paid over the phone. Prices are very reasonable compared to another place we'd checked out. Pick-up was easy, as well as the drop off. I would definitely use them again. read more

I ordered 13 bouquets of balloons for my kid's graduation party, which was scheduled for a Sunday. Since this business is closed on Sunday I specifically ordered "high float balloons", so they would last 2-3 days. The staff said that would not be a problem and scheduled me to pick up the balloons on Saturday afternoon, right before closing. I choose this business because they also rented other items that I would need. I also rented an entry curtain and table cloths. When I arrived, the balloons were not even ready to be picked up; they were still working on the order and still needed to bag them. As soon as we got home we removed the balloons from the bags per their instructions, so the balloons would last longer. About an hour or so after we got the balloons home they started deflating. By the next day a few hours prior to the party most if not all the balloons were not usable. We had to scramble to find another company to purchase another set of balloons. Fortunately we did find another party supply store opened on a Sunday morning. As we were setting up we had another problem with the entry curtain being the wrong size, it was about 3 feet too short. Upon returning the table cloths and the other rented items, I asked to speak to the owner to explain my disappointment with their products. Moji (owner) came out and as I was explaining what had occurred he became very combative, rude and unprofessional. He stated that I was rude when I first came in and that he was expecting me to come in with a complaint. I'm sure he said this because he knew what he had sold me was not what I asked for. After a lot of shouting and his unprofessional demeanor I finally got a refund for the balloons. I also pointed out that the entry curtain was the wrong size and he argued with me and was insistent that it was the correct size. I instructed him to look at the soiled linen bag and pull out the curtain that was used. To his surprise he was wrong and offered me a refund on the entry curtain as well. No apology no "looks like you're right" nothing. I also wanted to be compensated for the balloons that I had to pay for the day of the graduation party, he said definitely not and began to be verbally abusive. I do not recommend this business to anyone. Please be aware of what they are selling or renting to you because they are a bunch of liars and cheats!! read more

in the end, we kind of got what we paid for.... We were throwing my dad his first every surprise party for his 50th so it was super important to us that everything went according to plan. however, when our balloons arrived things went down hill. First of all, i asked for silver numbers and they gave us holographic numbers which didn't go at all with our color theme. but most importantly, instead of giving us an actual 5 it was an upside down 2. we immediately called because it was pretty evident that it wasn't a 5. we even asked a few other people to make sure we weren't just being dramatic. they all agreed it wasn't a 5. so we called and they told us that it is a 5 and it came straight out of the 5 bag. we ended up just going down there real quick to see what they could do, and i even showed the two pictures that i took to show that it is definitely a two and they just kept telling us that no it's not. so they told us that we were gonna need to bring the balloons back to exchange and stuff like that. however we paid for delivery because balloons wouldn't fit in my car. they were hesitant but they had the delivery guys go out and swap out the two balloons for black ones. however when i showed that up to the venue. the zero was deflated. the place closes at 2 on saturdays and it was already past two. so my sister left a message saying that we wanted a refund because we pretty much couldn't even use it. we tried going to other party supply stores to try and buy another balloon and swap it out ourselves. luckily, someone got back to us and switched out the balloon yet again. if you're looking for a place to supply you balloons without hassle. i don't recommend. i do have to say that they did fix it after all. but it was hassle throughout the whole day adding more problems onto our plate when it shouldn't have. read more

I got a call from them today December 17 saying there was mold on the linens I rented for my wedding on December 7th. 10 days later and they still haven't washed the linens and now they want me to pay 168.00 for new ones. It takes 18 to 21 days with optimal conditions for mold to even be visible. I only gave 1 star so my review could be posted and they aren't deserving of the one star I gave. Consumers beware and find a better supplier. read more

We rent our wine glasses here every year. Prices are reasonable and service is professional. Thank you for the reminder call to pick up our equipment or we might have forgotten them. If it's your first time renting, check out online and you will get an email invoice with pickup date. Call them and you will be able to pay over the phone. I came here today because I am throwing my aunt a baby shower and needed a few more things. I have been to several party places here in stockton and some employees at several of the businesses are either rude or at others just overly priced. I came with my mom who is helping and my two year old son. This week he started potty training and I have been VERY BUSY going from store to store all week long and he has been a trooper! Some places don't let there customers use the restrooms do to the large amount of dope heads around here that ruin it for the good customers! Which sucks while shopping in STOCKTON SUPPLY my 2 year old stated he had to tend to his business and needed the restroom so I asked and told the lady up at the front he was potty training and really needed to use the restroom and she was like of course as we were in there for a good 10 min we come out and she asks if he could have a balloon and I said yes of course as she hands him his ballon she let's him know " how happy she is for him that he's potty training and that he's DOING A GREAT JOB!" he was sooo happy and that made him feel really good about finally BEING A BIG BOY! Not only was I very pleased with there customer service but there prices and varieties are GREAT! We have rented from them many times and everything was clean and in good shape. They supply many wedding at the Stockton Golf and Country Club. Everything they do is first class.
