I asked if there was an issue was the number I just called the number I should call if anything went wrong. He confirmed it was. 6 AM came and went with no one to pick me up. I called the number, it went straight to voicemail. I luckily got an Uber no problem. I never heard anything back from them. No call, messages, nothing. So odd.

Working with Lynn was an absolute disaster from start to finish! We traveled as a GROUP and used…read moreher specifically so ensure we would get the best deal and also have connecting rooms or at a minimum, rooms next door to each other. When it came time to check-in, we came to find out that our rooms were on completely opposite sides of the ship. Lynn NEVER called the cruise line to specifically request rooms next door to one another, never mind conjoined. When confronted, Lynn made every excuse in the book (including cancer treatments) to cover for her incompetence. To make matters worse, Lynn blamed the entire ordeal on the bride and falsely alleged that conjoined rooms cost $100 more per person! After countless calls with the cruise line we were told that since Lynn booked the trip on our behalf, she would have to call and make changes. She flat out refused. We were overcharged and given tiny rooms with portholes, not the fantastic ocean view we paid for and were promised (per Lynn). The cruise ship also offered several promotions that we were under the impression we paid for, however, since Lynn booked us for a lesser room category than we paid for, we were not eligible to receive. I would absolutely not recommend this travel agency. Lynn has terrible public relation skills and when confronted with an issue, will ignore emails and telephone calls in order to avoid doing her job. She has no motivation to right a wrong situation. Planning this vacation was an absolute nightmare thanks to Lynn and her complete lack of attention to detail and failure to perform her job. You are better off booking directly through the cruise line or using a travel agent who takes pride in their job and not just making up excuses.

For the amount of $ you charged us and NO, you can't have my phone. My friend put it in her GPS, was giving the directions, told him to turn left (we could see the hotel 2 blocks away). He didn't and ended up taking us over the bridge into Port Charlotte. Construction so we had to get to a point to turn around, we finally got to the hotel and not even an apology. My sister…read moreand I both live in metropolitan cities - NYC and DC - respectively, and we've never seen this level of disrespect. We arrived at the Ft. Myers airport and our driver was no where to be found. We called the provided phone number that we were referred to and were met with sarcastic, condescending, rude man. He chastised me for wondering where our driver was. Then our driver arrived with a forward facing booster seat, when we requested a rear facing carseat for my 16 month old nephew. My sister refused to put my nephew in a carseat that was too large for him, rightfully so. It was meant for a 40 lb child and he is only 25 lb. Additionally, it was not secure with no directions on how to secure. The driver did not have a clue how to set it up. It amazed us that this company (the driver AND the owner) expected us to put a child in an unsecured car seat? They did not even provide guidance or know what type of seat it was so we could google how to set it up. We offered to have my mother drive 30-minutes to bring us the correct carseat. The driver rudely told us that he wasn't waiting for us and then proceeded to unload his car of our stuff in the street, stranding us with a 16 month old at an empty airport. I then received a lengthy message from the owner stating "they did everything right" and there was nothing more they could do and would be charging us $25 for gas. But wait, thats not even the worst part! When we called to discuss the situation, the owner again was completely rude and condescending, telling me that we were part of the "snowflake generation" and at least he can provide for his family and that he "owns a multi-million dollar business." UM WHAT?! It was the most outrageous conversation I've ever had with a human being, let alone the owner of a company we hired! Please please please do not use this company. Not only are they unreliable, they treat people like garbage and have no respect. I'm utterly shocked at this situation and hope this place goes out of business. Should have brought my own carseat and got an uber or lyft. BYE FELICIA!
