I chose this company due to the reviews online and I am so so happy I did. The nurse came out late that afternoon and was there till 6:30. The nurse was out the following afternoon my father had declined even more. Our hospice nurse made arrangements to get a hospital bed that afternoon even though such short notice. Our meds had not been delivered and she left to get them so we would have comfort meds thru the night.She returned first thing the following morning and was there with us when my father passed. Despite some minor problems I just cannot recommend this company enough. My appreciation for what they did for my father and family is beyond wordss

This was a mistake. While I have no concerns with the care she received, the problem was that we never knew if she was going to receive care. Three times against physicians prescribed orders the agency elected to discontinue services. No notice was provided. We would find this out when the nurse did not show up as scheduled. A series of phone calls was then necessary to restart service. In the meanwhile, there were days where she was not receiving care. Due to this obvious ongoing practice of management, I would never recommend this agency to anyone. We have sincr gone back to her old provider and have not had any similar instances.

Although the quality of the work is excellent, their business practices lack ethics. Being the financially responsible party, I expected a COMPLETE itemized statement of possible costs to complete the process. The doctor, and office manager knew full well that she had extensive bone loss in her lower jaw, but not once did anyone tell us the possibility of having to remake the lower denture to complete the process!!! I did my financial planning based on the information the office manager, Cindee provided. Kansas Perio did the implants and grafting in her lower jaw. It wasn't until all this work was completed that we were told a new lower denture needed to be done. I was expecting to pay the last 5,900 dollars that Cindee originally provided to finish the process. Now that has ballooned to $8,439!! To me, this is unacceptable but I guess that's how Auburn Dental wants to handle patients. Cindee's explanation to me for not being told by her, or the doctor, of the possibility of this extra cost, as they don't want to scare off patients from getting dentures done!!! Auburn Dental has all these great reviews, but if you have a more complicated case watch out!! To me, it was extremely clear now that it was probably better than an eighty percent chance of needing the lower remade because of all the grafting and I should have been told!!!
