Very toxic environment. It is not assisted living. Most residents are on hospice. Most of the…read morepeople not on hospice have moved out. When it was zero degrees in January several people were without heat. Management didn't care. One guy moved. It was just too cold. The building is a modular. Heat and air are not adequate if they are working properly. Windows have a half inch gap in some rooms. It's a nursing home with no nurses. Lots of dehydrated people with bed sores. They do not do employee back grounds or drug screens. They hire people with multiple domestic violence and assault charges. They pay $14 per hour and can't keep people. The cna has to clean the entire facility. All the rooms and do laundry. The aids refuse so the place smells like urine due to wet dirty laundry. The resident rooms are filthy and no one cares. They only have a dozen or so residents. They get very upset when family calls the state for neglect. They don't get snacks and the meals are small. Everyone loses weight quickly when they move here. It is mostly family that work there but they are all quietly quitting. Not a place I would want my family to live.

When I called today bc I had not received any information, I spoke with Brandon who assured me that he was the person that I needed to speak with. I asked about pricing and was told that information was not mailed out. I asked to have the pricing shared with me over the phone. Brandon told me that Memory Care was $6000/month and he thought maybe assisted living was that price also. I interjected that assisted living would surely not cost as much as memory care due to the very different levels of care and asked to speak with someone who could provide more definitive information. There was a short pause and then Brandon hung up the phone. If this is the treatment that one receives simply trying to get information, I can't imagine what kind of care is provided. I am relieved to know this information before making the mistake of placing a family member there.

I just spoke with the social worker for Physicians Hospice as she had the opportunity to visit my Mom and see Bartlesville Assisted Living, Memory Care Unit. She said "I was really impressed with the facility and staff." She shared that she has seen A LOT, but this facility was very impressive and she wanted to share that information with me. If you are looking for long term care you will not do better than Bartlesville Assisted Living!!

No one is bad to her but she is pretty much ignored unless she pushes her lifeline like button around her neck. It is the lowest cost assisted living facility in town at $3,200 a month. They said it was a month to month contract but they wanted a months notice in writing to let her leave. I sent it Fedex.
