Well, after my experience with Austin Keen at State Farm on 58th Ave (next to GoodYear by SAMs Club) I can honestly tell you: I found that kind of Insurance Agent associated with that kind of quality company......and beyond! I have been through 3 insurance companies in 7 years due to agents retiring, companies buying out the other, and finally buying a new home and going with the mortgage broker's recommendation. All were decent, but not one of those agents took the time to meet with me in person and go over every detail of their insurance policies with explanations. They also put my family with 3 different companies for insuring auto, motorcycles and home. So there was no bundle discount and we had to have 3 different bills and payments for 3 different policies, actually 4 including FEMA for flood insurance (which I found out will always be separate after meeting with Austin). Now we are finally with ONE awesome company: State Farm, with a bonus: having Austin as an agent! Austin is personable, attentive, kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with! I also found him honest and having integrity. He was able to work diligently for my family, getting us lower prices with better coverage, in only a couple of hours. He explained so much to me, that I never knew or thought about. For one thing: State Farm uses State Farm Insurance! Not like these other agents who work for a business which does not have their own policies, but sign you up for various companies. Some of you may be ok with that, but for me having to make one phone call to one person at one company and have everything handled is priceless! Austin said he'd also be dealing with our FEMA flood insurance and taking care of changes with our mortgage company. After finalizing everything and knowing that I was now adequately covered by State Farm, I walked out of their office smiling and relieved! Not only have I found a great agent, but everyone in that office is friendly, starting with the wonderful woman who happily greets you as you walk in and also answers the phone when you call. The Delgado Group has consistently taken these situations in stride, making sure that all their customers have gotten new insurance without missing a beat. Of course, now all of us have had to go to Citizen's for coverage. Not such a great thing, Recently, Citizen's sent an "inspector" to check out my home. He declared my slow (internal) leak in the main bathroom toilet to be a "massive plumbing problem". So not true, but Citizen's declared they would not renew my insturance until it was fixed. Citizen't has a policy that they will not discuss any insturance issues with the actual customer. They will only speak to a representative of the insurance agency. Terri Delgado became my champion to Citizen's. She pleaded my case. kept in touch with Citizen's and reported back to me anything I needed to know. I so appreciated her support as we worked through this issue. I have come to realize that not all insurance agencies are equal when it comes to insurance problems. I am so happy I chose the right agency for me. They stand up and help you whenever they can. That is why I feed so confident in recommening their services to you. I don't think you will be sorry.

I was in his office regarding a claim and overheard him speaking about someone in an incredibly derragatory way. He claims to be a Christian, but there was nothing following Christ's example that he reflected; especially when I realized that he was actually speaking about a friend of mine who is disabled that was waiting outside for me. I have cancelled all business with him and thank goodness I did. He was never available and didn't show up promptly for my claim, I honestly can't offer enough of a warning. I would recommend a REAL company that is reputable, honest, efficient and knows the meaning of customer service. To all that see picture's of Christianity based items, it is a ploy for business, this individual that literally stopped what he was doing to watch my daughter bend over does NOT display any Christ like attributes. Please do not trust this person with your money so he can learn to deal with the consequences of terrible behavior and that you have to treat everyone with respect. Incidentally, the only other review on here is posted by his wife, big surprise that she would give him such a glowing review!

Plenty of perks with the AAA Plus or AAA Premier membership. For many years, I went without AAA as I've owned brand new cars and never had an issue. Moving from Fort Lauderdale to Vero Beach, we started with the Classic membership, moved to the Plus, and recently went to the Premier because of the perks. And since I'm still back and forth from Broward to the Treasure Coast, you never know when you might break down, have a flat or just need that extra bump in service that is available from membership. My favorite perk of the AAA Plus and AAA Premier membership are the free passport photos. In recent need of passport renewals, I brought my family of 5 to the Vero Beach office. After all - "free" beats the price at my local Walgreens or CVS. Friendly staff and quick service. After verifying my membership level, we were taken care of and on the road within ten minutes. It's not just about towing and free gas should you break down along the side of the road. Explore the perks as a lot of club memberships provide services and benefits that you're not even aware of.
