Better storage was very helpful having to unload 6 u- haul pods by me a senior and my daughter let us borrow their dolly and giving us extra time the U-haul place couldn't get there at the time they said so those pods were taking up space in front of other storage units costing them time and money and I'm sure the other customers weren't real happy but they never complained to us, and I'm sure they did everything they could for them also! very, very pleasant to us and helped all they could!! thank you Heidi Michael read more

I tried to put a good review on Google but apparently I did a couple of years ago, I guess that's why I still do business with them. This is by far the best place I've gone through. I have a unit and a parking spot and it was painless to add more. Clean office. Melissa and Lizzy are professional, friendly, and have great communication if something goes wrong. This is my second time needing a local storage unit, and after an excellent experience when I relocated to the Northwest, I went back to ABSS, A Better Storage Solution. I was grateful they had the size unit I needed. They are always courteous, have the basic supplies needed for storage, and security. I've had my belongings here for 6months or so & the staff have always been very kind & helpful. I feel that my items are in safe keeping since someone is there in the day & @ night the gate is locked. They have reasonable prices & a clean facility.
