Ashley in the office is sweet and helpful…read more This storage unit gets 1 star because of their corporate greed. They slip in a clause that says they will raise your rent after 3 months. I've been in my unit for 2 months and just received a notice of a 33% increase for the 3rd month. I understand a small raise but this raise is ridiculous! I guess they would rather have empty storage units instead of happy customers that pay rent on time! Very unfortunate!
