NO FREAKING STARS!! I will never use nor recommend McLeod's Glass & Supply! I have waited since…read more1/11/19 (today is 5/9) for a simple estimate. I had to go by there place of business (don't try to call, they never call back) several times to check on where I was on there list. Early March I was told I was fourth in line, but when I checked in again at the end of April they discovered my paperwork was misplaced. I tried again last Friday, spoke to a girl, she said she would have someone call me. NOPE! Stopped by two more times. FINALLY, the manager calls me this morning. Just to inform me, THEY ARE NO LONGER TAKING NEW BUSINESS AT THIS TIME! I've been waiting since Jan 11 (the date is on my estimate paperwork!) The owner has informed his staff to notify me they are not going to give me an estimate nor repair my window. I am to find someone else!!

Very pleased with the new look. Job site was left in top condition with all debris removed. I later had an occasion for some electrical work on the outside of my home resulting in damage to the vinyl siding. Tommy was the "go to" guy for this repair work. Again the project was handled quickly and professionally and at a reasonable price. All debris was removed at the conclusion of the project leaving my home in a better shape and appearance.
