I used Salazar around 2010 to reroof my home in Yukon and they were fantastic! Handled all the…read moreinsurance and it cost me nothing! So last summer i found out the house had hail damage. I called Salazar, Angel immediately called me back, and told me not to worry about a thing, he would get it done. Took my insurance info and ran with it - I thought! He did meet with the adjuster one time to look it over. After that it was dead silence. I would call only to leave a message. He might or might not call back. I would email and maybe get a response. I texted him too. If i did talk to him he would assure me it was all good. Then my insurance company sent me a check for 1047.00. I tried to call Angel to ask what it was and emailed all the paperwork from the Insurance. Never heard from him. I called Salazar to say i had been working with Angel but it wasn't working. I got a call from Jorge who also looked at the house and took all my info. He tried to contact my insurance adjuster but couldn't reach him. Tis has gone on since last July! I am now selling my house, the roof has aged out, and Jorge told me i should be ok as there was no roof damage!! I am now responsible for a whole new roof on 1780 sq ft. The 1047.00 is all i got from insurance. Please Do NOT USE SALAZAR!!
