This restaurant exceeded our expectation. If only judging from the menu we were not sure how authentic it would be. However the taste of each dish is fresh and home made like. We ordered fried dumplings, fried calamari and home made spring rolls for appetizers, seafood bar pot, spiced minced pork with tofu, red curry chicken and some kind of Thai flat rice noodle. We finished everything! They used very fresh ingredients for each dish. My seafood dish has 4-6 types of vegetable and plenty of shrimps, scollops and lobster meat. It has a home made deliciousness! Recommended!

Great beef curry! Nice to have other options in Sydney. And wheelchair accessible. Shanghai noodles were also quite good.

I like the MaPo Tofu if it can be made to more spicy, I will love it! The environment was good, and I like the background music!

Along with the standard and very affordable (8-10$ less than all the others) Pu-Pu Platter we ordered the following. Spicy Pig Intestines - I think what I tasted was a chou hu paste as the base, omg it was delicious. Green peppers, chopped chilis, onions and the most surprising thing of the night was there were Sichuan peppercorns in it! First time seeing them in a dish in CB. Not only that, they were green peppercorns - the ones that have also a citrus note. Was not spicy, so perfect for average peoples. These were clean intestines no funk or any offal odors. But it was the star of the show. Roast Duck served Peking style was next. Two crispy duck breast on a platter with the usual hoisin sauce and cucumbers and scallions. The skin was crispy and delicious, of course I would also have wanted a leg, but for this price I was very happy. Yang Chow fried rice was next, very light and fragrant with the usual YC fried rice ingredients. And it was a big portion and had some wok hai. I forgot to add char siu chinese sausage, wont forget that next time. For service, we had a waitress, a bit snarky in your true Cape Breton style. Cant wait to visit again, but unfort I live a bit aways or I would be there every week.

There is ample parking across the motel looking building. Once you enter, there is a lovely shop of trinkets and then there is a nice cozy seating area. There's a self serve sauce bar and some cute puzzles to occupy you while you. wait for your food. You can get a lunch special which comea with a drink or you can order dim sum ala carte. The staff are so lovely and were fast in service. The food itself was served hot and fresh. It wasn't overly salty and the peach drink was ice cold, perfect on a hot day. I noticed they have a buffet option on Saturdays too which is super unique. We'd love to visit again if we pass by Sydney in the future!

I paid for cooked food, not to fix the food you screw up. The owner was terrible, took hours to respond to my complaint, admitted that they used a different soy sauce but failed to adjust the recipe before handing out to customers and in the end, did not even offer a refund or replacement--only 2 bubble teas and suggested to order rice with it next time. It was such a horrible experience. Terrible customer service. Not worth your money.
