Don't let the word "pannekoek" distract you - when I ordered I asked for gluten free and the cook (CHEF) said he made gluten free pancakes (Pannekoek is a fancy word for more pancake than crepe) that were really good - and he was RIGHT! I had already had breakfast and I saw one of these - ordered it and took it with me. It was MAGNIFICIENT. I had it plain with powdered sugar and it was one of the best things I have ever eaten.
