I had no idea how many things you needed to know when decorating with balloons, Christie asked me all the right questions to help us get what we needed. We even brought in our own balloons and they tied fun, matching ribbons on the bouquets. When trying to get them to the car, we had trouble and they got tangled in the wind and a couple popped in the heat, the balloon team helped us get the balloons into bags and back out to the car.

They also have the screens off at the register so the customer cannot see what price the items ring up. Once the customer pays and sees they were overcharged on the receipt, the store is refusing to refund any money overcharged. The manager at the Conroe location stated this is what corporate told them to do to get money. That's false advertising and theft from their customers, not surprised they are goin out of busy, with their lack of integrity.
