She is very thorough & always goes the extra mile. Her calm & friendly demeanor & bedside manner makes her patients & caregivers feel confident. She listens well & answers every question with empathy. Recently my wife was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disorder that affected her vision. DrK scheduled our appointment earlier than her office opened & coordinated appointments with 4 specialists that same day. Additionally, she ordered MRIs that same day to insure my wife?s symptoms weren?t caused by the AI disease. A cerebral aneurysm was discovered due to Dr. K?s diligence with the MRI. She directed us to a very skilled neurosurgeon who performed an angiogram & subsequent craniotomy to resolve the life threatening aneurysm. I had been to therapy before but i wasnt ready for help until now. I was so proud of myself. After wrapping up everything that has happened to me, she said something very concerning. Therapy is suppose to be a safe place, a place of comfort and say whatever you want. She felt after i let out years of emotion that she was going to tell me that she "needed to ask people some questions regarding legal matter." I had finally let out my pain and the last thing i want to do is essentially "reboil" the pain back and that it what she did. I didn't feel safe or comfortable or relieved. I walker out of that office feeling worse than I did before. I don't recommend this place to quite frankly anyone who needs help.
