I booked with this company cause they had exactly the themed bouncy castle I was looking for . After several conversations back and forth everything was confirmed . They had all the nessesary information they needed so everything looked good and was a go . I even revived a confirmation email 2 days before my event . ( time , location , the bounce castle is wanted , payment amount , etc) . The event time was for 1pm but set up time was for 11am . Around 12 no one has shown up so I called and conveniently IT went to voicemail . After SEVERAL attempts they never answered me and at this point I'm freaking up . I left a message , my husband and sister left a message and nothing . So to sum this all up .... THEY NEVER SHOWED .... Until today still . I am fuming , mad , pissed you name it . I go no calls from Thrn saying anything something . NOTHING. !!!! Wtf kind of unprofessionalism is this ! And my a kids birthday out of everything . This is beyond words all I can say is DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY !! they are u realiable , unprofessional, disrespectful company ( if that's eveb what they call themselves . Super disappointed. And rest be sured I will pass this around and my friends and family already know this and I want to make sure they won't get any business from anyone . Even tho I rated it a one star cause I had to , they don't even deserve that !

I've talked to various other companies and these guys were the only ones on the ball with getting back to me in reasonable time, answering all my questions and giving me exactly what I asked for. I was very pleasantly surprised. Their on site customer service was hands down the best. The girl who operated the photo booth was so friendly and positive we all felt amazing while taking photos. She really made the experience so much better and she really did cheer everyone on! I can't write enough good things about her. I highly recommend their services!

Then to be delivered on Wednesday according to tracking, received in Ottawa by 03:26 a.m., not delivered! Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. get a call from Day & Ross that my shed is to be delivered on Thursday May 7, between 09:00 and 5:00 p.m. By the way this now the third day I have to stay home for a delivery and guess what at 7:30 p.m. on May 7 ... STILL NO DELIVERY! After two calls to Day & Ross which were unanswered left two messages as per their voice mail, no calls were returned until the driver was actually showing for my delivery at 10:30 a.m. on Friday morning. Do not deal with this company, they not trustworthy and have no interest in even talking to their clients.

What truly made our visit special was the exceptional service we received from Antonia and Yana. Both of them went above and beyond to assist us. They were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right clothing. Their recommendations were thoughtful, their patience was remarkable, and they made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. It is rare these days to encounter customer service of this caliber. Antonia and Yana demonstrated professionalism, enthusiasm, and a sincere desire to help customers.
